A veteran in the hotel industry in Bali with amazing rooms that has spectacular views of the river and rice fields. Enjoy complimentary liquor at your balcony or even in your private mini outdoor pool or relaxing bathtub. The spa is excellent in collaboration with Lâoccataine and choose the tea top treatments for a sublime spa session unlike any other

I had spent christmas and new year vacation last December here, the check out process i would have to say was shocking for the world of hospitality even it torn out industry in this digital reputation era. Villa that we stayed at had had a dedicated butler assigned assisting us for a personalize service purpose and rating for this butler was below basic. He was even trespassing our villa perimeter that literally a privacy that for sure a management got sop in this being trained to their front line staff, some of villa interior parts were visible and people could see through even its bathroom. Occupants we are guests at this point escalated this to the villa but some how was not recovered in a pro gesture.

One of the older resorts in Bali but extremely well maintained. Can be cold on rainy nights. Swimming pools are all over the resort.. gecko and ants too....don't worry...its the very heart of nature. Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Dinner are all available but selection is limited but its good. Cultural dances on certain nights are well presented. Loved the walk down to the river....lots of flora and fauna n sweat (esp walking back up). Anyone intending to visit must stay in the duplex villa...

Checking in at 1 am is a good way to see how well a place does on service and Kupu Kupu was great from that moment. All the staff cared about getting to know you and always greeted you with a smile and asking you if you need something.
Breakfast was good, especially the omelette and they had good coffee and fresh watermelon juice.

What a magical experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! A paradise with incredible gardens and warm service. We had a super cosy villa with private pool. We especially loved the spacious bedroom and overall natural setting.
