The only good thing about this hotel is their old Javanese architecture with high ceiling in the lobby area, their large swimming pool and their friendly staff.
However, the hotel is really old with stained curtain, really old appliances (shower head, refrigerator, air conditioner) and poorly maintained.
Gym was not available since the staff said that the machine was broken, room was pretty large but cleanliness should be improve.
Handle door is also broken with outdoor chair looks like a nightmare
I wouldnt go back to this hotel unless they improve all of the items above

The hotel is on a lush big ground and has old Javanese charm to it. However, these things are not enough to give us a pleasant stay as a five star hotel they claimed to be.
The room is big but with mosquitos and noisy air con. The shower head can be changed with more recent one. Shower curtain is old. Towels are stained and thin. Some lightbulbs are gone.
Food in the restaurant is mediocre.
The good thing is the hotel has an impressive Javanese foyer with high ceiling as entrance and a huge pool.
We wish the hotel clean their act and live up to the 5star status they have.
The service is slow and inattentive.

We were pleased when we ended up getting a nice looking suite with s queen bed. The thing was the shower didnât work, the fridge was noisy, & we had to wait a long time for towels & drinks to be delivered. Admittedly, there was a big wedding reception getting their attention & the music was good. Fairly central location. The one way streets are a trap so consider other transportation

My favorite part of this hotel is the swimming pool. Me and my kids really enjoy swimming in the large pool. We stayed in cabanas room with the pool view, the room was clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast was good and vary. The staff was really kind and helpful. Will come back again for sure.

Javanesse atmosphere,,wow,,i;m feel stay in Kingdoom,,,so relax, so fresh,,so quiet,,the buildings are original from empire period,,,soo very nice can stay in prince house.The employee very friendly,helpfull, so many variety breakfast, good taste and can swim at large pool.
