The hotel only looks good from outside.
Once we checked in we found no Water in toilets- Had to follow-up with staff for getting it fixed.
Had to follow up for towels with housekeeping. They gave towels after half an hour also which looked used. You wonât be given anything on check-in
The tiles of bathrooms are very slippery. Please be careful spl when you have children
When you sleep you feel the springs of mattress. The mattress are so bad
The staff of the hotel is least bothered to assist you. There were 3 ladies who were chitchatting among themselves and are least bothered to help you or listen to your
It has limited parking space. No parking for card and limited parking for bikes
For renting active they have a tie-up with a goon who stands outside hotel premise. He charges high rates for rentals. Bike rental for active quoted was Rs 450.
Was lucky enough to get an active from nearby for Rs 300 per day.
You wonât get a silent sleep as the AC machine is fitted min your balcony which will disturb you whole night

My stay was really good n special tym spent with my wife hotel has perfect arrangements for everything location is very nice staff is cooperative good quality is excellent over all well maintained rooms hygenic area I visit same property for my next stay in goa *****

Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. Being a hotelier from last 8 years i would say donât book here.
Rooms were not ready when we arrived and after waiting for two hours we received rooms in which one of the acâs was not working.
No one to listen to your concerns. No hospitality either.
All in all a pathetic hotel. Not recommended at all.

a group of 4 people check in on monday. didnot provide check in then shifted to another hotel for one night. then next day provided shabby rooms and worst entrance to rooms. rooms are not well maintained. staff didnot had courtesy to ask water or something while we were patiently waiting. there was no compensation to loss we beared during our stay. management was so rude. especially Ms tejasavi. what shown in pictures is not real. really bad service. would not reccomend to others to stay.

Good property excellent services food is gd over all view is super we stayed in villas all the greenery all over perfect location for our vacations swimming pool is gd big inaf children pool is also there my family was happy with all our stay ðð
