The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. The location is very good for boating and next to the backwaters. Parking available. We enjoyed the friendly staff as well as the good food. They were also very helpfull with everything. We would like to come back to this nice place!

Staff are nice people. They recommend good places where you can view the lake (just a walk along a parallel road) and good boating services, but overall, more refinement in customer service and amenities is needed

Hospitality is very good. Services of the all staff are appreciable.. Food is hygienic and delicious. Good stay at affordable price. Thanks for all the services provided..Nice place to visit again....

The property manager Sabu George and his assistants Govind, Sreejith and Peter would do everything to make your stay comfortable, memorable and nice. All star attractions of Kumarakom are within 2 km radius from the hotel - either to the left(Bird Sanctuary, Bay Island Driftwood Museum) or to the right(Kumarakom Govt Boat Jetty for houseboat trips) , The hotel staff arranges for local taxis and offer all kinds of help. The food is excellent, made-to-taste, customizeable and homely. The staff are very flexible to accommodate all requests - would highly recommend this to families/couples/friends who are looking for a peaceful restful vacation at a comfortable place

-->Food/Dinner/Breakfast- Veg/Non-Veg -Testy, Reasonable, with prompt service.

-->Service/Staff- Excellent.Very Helpful especially to Senior Citizen.
Staff said Renovation is going on to make more better.
Though it was not too big or lavish Hotel but Service/Response was good.
"VALUE FOR MONEY" in budget.
