This hotel is a 5 star experience, every employee is so welcoming and helpful. The facilities, restaurant and cafe are fantastic and the beds and pillows were amazing. Walking distance to the shops, we were only there for 2 nights but we will definitely be returning. We love Jordan, thank you for making our Jordan experience awesome â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

I have stayed at this hotel and had an amazing stay, the rooms are very clean, the view was great, the staff are very friendly, they were doing constructions in the rooms which led to me not having water in the bathroom, I have informed front desk and a very nice lady at the front desk named Dania was very professional and managed to change my room and went out of her way to make my stay amazing, she even recommended the skyline sushi at the 13th floor and the food was great with a very spectacular view.
Would like to thank all the friendly staff specially Miss Dania and hopfully would have the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in the near future.

Spent over a week at Landmark and enjoyed the stay. The staff are friendly and helpful - from the security to the desk clerk all had a greeting and some friendly advice. The young man at the check in desk gave the clearest instructions possible. Room was big and bathroom functional and clean. Breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide spread of Arabic, Continental, Chinese and Indian cuisines.

This is a great hotel for Amman, but a bit pricy. The rooms are great and especially the staff are very polite and well trainined. It has some amazing views of Amman (rooftop). The sushi restaurant is average.

The first time in amman to experience a true warm welcoming and hospitality ... we have been welcomed by the great Mr FAYEZ JAMOUS the head concierge at the hotel who took an extra-care of us upon arrival and untill our check out ...the room was clean and relaxing, the whole staff is friendly and the food they serve is really good .. for sure am coming back to this hotel
