Another Comfortable Stay

This was our second visit to Langdale House and it was equally as good as our first in last October last year. We were welcomed by Chris, the owner who is a delightful man and very helpful with lots of local knowledge. We had the Gold room which was clean and comfortable with a good spacious en-suite bathroom. The toiletries are very nice and the towels good quality. The breakfast is a delight with plenty of choice and nicely presented. I would recommend this guest house to anyone and we have already booked again for October 2018..
Lovely mid break stay

Room very clean and comfy.Bathroom also very clean with a lovely big shower cubicle and hot water.Chris the properitor was very helpful and even booked tickets to Eden project for me if you haven't done so beforehand.Tracey the cook was very chatty and anything was no trouble for her.The only draw back from my point of view was you had to close the blinds every time you wanted to use the toilet as the bathroom overlooked the main road, other than that I had no complaints. There is tea and coffee facilities in the room and a hairdryer should you need one.One further point to make is you need to turn into Sawles Road to park the bed and breakfast, and the sign is a L and H entwined. All the main attractions are easy access from this B and B.
A+ and More!

We have stayed at many places but this place would be one of the best by far. We couldn't fault a thing. We were treated extremely well by the host who was extremely helpful as well as friendly.
The room was spacious and very tastefully decorated with extras that were much appreciated. The Natural Beaty products were a treat to use.
We were given a breakfast menu to chose from the night before and we were delighted with our food.
If we ever return to St Austell this would be our choice. Forget the rest...choose the best!

We arrived in St Austell earlier than expected so we had to wait around to check in at 5pm. When Chris arrived to check us in , he was friendly and helpful. We stayed in Fowey Room, nice little room with a lovely Bathroom, which had a Shower cubicle and a Bath which was an added bonus for me. The actual room was quite small but adequate for a couple of nights. Tea and Coffee Facilities and lovely Hot Chocolate and Biscuits supplied. Complimentary Toiletries were also an added bonus. Wifi was Fast and Free. Breakfast was served in the morning by a lovely lady, who made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and plentiful. Overall a very nice stay, though I think the 5pm Check in is rather late.
Very Nice stay

Great place to stay, about 10mins walk from the rail station and room for three cars in the parking area. Breakfast is plentiful and Tracie looked after our every need. The decor within the house is of a good standard. Our room was well appointed and the free wifi comes in handy. We'll be back.
