I visited this place not expecting much....basically was looking for a place to just crash during my conference, but this place is really good. The rooms are comfy and clean. The staff though untrained was everyready to help out.
The restaurant is a cute little place.
The breakfast didn't have much options but whatever was there was freshly cooked.
Would seriously recommend people this place if u want a budget hotel and decent stay.

Good Business Hotel at budget in Cyberabad!
I stayed there as my earlier IT company has a tie-up with this hotel and the Serenity Group of hotels.
Mr. Pawan (Hotel Manager or Hyderabad region Manager I think) from the Hotel who was assigned to my company's guest relationship is an excellent guy! He makes sure that all his guests are satisfied and you can always reach him on phone and get his help.
Pros:
- Excellent location - in heart of Madhapur and just 20mins walk (or 5 mins by auto/cab) to Cyber Towers and all the nearby IT companies and other companies.
- My standard room even had a separate (small) living area with chairs and table - the bedroom has a kind of mini partition from the living room - a very smart concept with great ambiance
- Choice of many great Hyderabadi restaurants and food - all just walking distance from the hotel/guest house
- Staff very very friendly
- Clean rooms and moderately good ambience
- Provide shuttle service to nearby IT companies
- Arrange any of your transportation requirements
- In-house restaurant (Restro) is also good
Cons:
- Not very swanky and price could have been cheaper (but then it's Madhapur!!)
- Location is in a by lane so a little walk from the main road to avail buses
- No bar
- No swimming pool
- More like a guest house
Overall, the place is good, location great, and very good in terms of safety if you are travelling with family and kids.

stayed here since friend has a corporate tie up , inspite of this we were disappointed. it is a basic hotel , clean rooms but other than that nothing on offer. untrained and non english speaking staff, decided to stay in 1 room and wait for car and even informed the manager but still he charged us for late checkout.

Arrived for a week of business to a friendly staff and a disappointing experience. This hotel is not the neat and clean place I read about. I will post photos so you can see for yourself. There was trash in every hallway, laundry piles by the elevators and the smell of moth balls hits hard from just inside the door and gets worse when you get to the room where you will find the actual moth balls in the sink, the drain and the tub. I prefer not to breath toxic chemical poison in my room. The sink fixture is rusted, the mirrors are cloudy, the staff explained that you must run the water for at least ten minutes before it gets hot. There was a dead bird outside the elevator window. The roof top terrace was very dirty and unkept. The fitness room has one bike with a torn seat and a small amount of weight equipment that is extremely outdated and looks like it came from the 1970's. The marketing was good but they show the property in its best light. Additionally, it is in a part of town that is not accessible to much of anything. On the plus side, the lobby area is bright and cheerful. The staff seem very nice and the air conditioning works very well. The suite is reasonably sizable. If you don't mind the dirty, messy thing and the smell of moth balls this is a lower cost option although there are other hotels in the area that are nicer for a lower price without the negatives so I wouldn't recommend this option.

La Serene is run by Serenity Inn group and is a decent hotel for corporates with short business trips.
It is situated in close vicinity to most of the IT Companies and also has the option of picking a car from their own vehicles or can easily used through ola uber and all other cabs services .
Can be reached in 45 mins from Airport.
