This Property is really good value for money. Rooms are very good...Very specious with Lovely view and good amenities. Hotel Staff was good and Breakfast was delicious with so many verities. Market are near by the Hotel ..Hardly walking distance . It was my second trip to Tashkent , I wish..ill stay again in same hotel during my next visit.

We stayed here during our winter vacation to Tashkent. The hotel was very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious. We had a good view of Chimgan mountains from our room as it was road facing. Raj Kapur restaurant was excellent, We really liked the food there. It is real paisa vasool restaurant.
However, the wardrobes in the room was hardly in the condition to use. The room door was in a bad state, Had we pushed a little harder, the door would have broken, The bathroom door did not have a latch/bolt at all. House-keeping staff cleaned the room only for a couple of days. After that they did not even bother to change the towels. We had to call multiple times. House keeping staff are not friendly. Otherwise comfortable and cozy.

This hotel is fairly OK. We were a large group staying here for four nights. Mixed comments, I was given a beautiful room for single occupancy. Others complained of the plumbing. Whilst the rooms themselves are clean with good furnishings, the bathrooms were a bit shabby.
Breakfast buffet was good. No teaspoons to be found. Have to search for sugar and if youâre up early then get your own tea or coffee from small pots simmering in an obscure area of the room. If you arrive later, you will be served. A bit confusing. Butter cubes on ice but no butter knives.
On two of the days we stayed here, the three lifts stopped working. The management made an effort but only one lift was in use for two days.
Staff are helpful but need better training.

Worst hotel ever stayed and they call it 4 star. Its not even 1 star. Very very bad services, very poorly maintained. Food served was always very cold. rooms were not cleaned. There was no staff to listen to you. Most unhelpful staff. Very bad hotel. I advise you please don't book this hotel. Especially females. My stay was from 1st oct till 5th Oct 2017

Went to Tashkent in September 2017.
1- This hotel was formerly owned by TATA group , so is commonly referred as TATA HOTEL by locals
2- The location is very good . not far from the airport - 8-10kms . Huge Parking .
3- Lobby is huge but everything is very old the chandeliers, Old carpet .
4- Lobby is clean , reception team is warm, so are the house keeping .
5- This hotel is frequently visited by INDIAN Groups all the time.
6 - Has a INDIAN Restaurant "RAJ KAPOOR", Food is OK. Head Chef is a INDIAN and i think the General Manager is also INDIAN.
7- i was give a room on the 4th floor horrible , suffocating , and everything from
bed -sheet to bathroom was very bad . Thankfully my agent intervened and i was given room on the 6th floor.
8- Room was much better , there were lot of cockroaches only in the bathroom, I did complain about the same every single day but to no avail.
9- Wifi and breakfast is good .
10 . there are much, MUCH better hotel's in tashekent , recommend to avoid this one
