We stayed here with 2 adults and 3 kids as a stop-over hotel to and from Charleroi airport and stayed in two slightly different family appartments. Though functional the interior is old , slightly worn down and clearly needs a makeover. The toilets had an unpleasant smell (first one worse then second room). First room was not really clean. All and all , not very much impressed by the quality of the rooms. Breakfast on Saturday morning was unfortunately only untill 9.00 and at too high cost for what was offered (10E per person , 50E for a family)
Good service was that we were able to check in in the middle of night thanks to a proactive mail sent by the owner the day before arrival.
Still not recommended due to poor hygiene and rather worn-out furniture

We ended up here as all hotels near our place of work in Nivelles were full.
Itâs a bit in the middle of nowhere, it was â¬18 in a taxi to Nivelles shopping plaza. We had planned to drive but had a mix up with the car, Iâm glad if Iâm honest because even the taxi got lost on a dark night!
We arrived late and had been left a note with our room numbers on and keys in the door...they seem pretty sure itâs safe at least!
Rooms were a bit sparse but the bed and shower were good, our rooms also had a kitchen and lounge room on an upper level, though we didnât use these.
Biggest draw back was no restaurant for food in the evening and the only place to eat at walking distance is a poor Italian...go a bit further and eat in the Vietnamese, it was lovely!
Hotel owner? Was very chatty on the day we checked out.
Oh and if you go into the village, it has a beautiful castle but be warned itâs private...we had a âget off my land momentâ with the not so friendly lady owner!
Would love to come back in the summer to see the beautiful village and country around.

Spent one night here enroute to Paris. 2 bedroom room was quaintly decorated and worked fine for our family of four. Our room was all on one level, so if you have small kids ask for one of these. Very quiet area with restaurants not very close.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. The rooms were very dirty each room included at least 3 huge spiders, bed sheets were filthy, and service was horrible. We came to spend two weeks here but it turned out to be a night from hell. The structure of the bed rooms and the way of how the windows are positioned is very very stupid. Worst hotel ever.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast just amazing, the only issues is that the owner is alone. The Wifi didn't work, we were there for the New Year so you can imagine without WIFI, we had to call so we paid a lot that month. Apart from that all great, we will repeat.
