Great location and scenery...the lake to our right and the mountains ahead from our hotel window. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a clean, large modern bathroom. Free parking at back of hotel. The fire alarm did go off while we there, which woke us, never found out why.

I stayed here for one night on a motorcycle tour of Europe. It is perfectly located right opposite Lake Annecy, with lovely facilities, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect for my needs. There is secure parking and the Le Wyn Restaurant next to the hotel is great. I would definitely stay here again.
The only small negative is that the continental breakfast is not very good for the price with limited choice and not very good for vegetarians.

Very friendly staff and a great location by the lake. Breakfast was very good and everything you would expect. Rooms were maybe a little on the small side but as we were only staying for 1 night it was more then adequate.On site car park but it is tight.
Would certainly like to have spent more time in Annecy as we did not get time to see the old town.

Very nice, the photos shown in the Web. We were given the room (4 people, that's true) in the second building, but it was not so charm as the main part of the hotel.
I did really appreciate breakfast can be taken without reservation in advance, that helps.
Nevertheless, for the 12eur it might be expected some scrambled eggs and/ or bacon.
Room was large and comfortable, but maybe a bit more chic would easily become marvelous.
Parking place included since it was looking like very hard to find free place on the street.
Very competitive price, nice team and good service.

I stayed for a week in June in this hotel.
Very friendly staff, the receptionist spoke perfect English - I really appreciate the rarity of that after my third week-long stay in France.
The room and all common areas of the hotel are very fresh, either it's quite new or recently renovated.
Comfortable double bed, not very large (likely 160cm), and we even got a view to the lake.
Daily cleaning. AC.
This is a 3-star hotel so don't expect iron and ironing board or a variety of toiletries (though it has the basics).
Location is very close to the beach where people were enjoying the sun and the turquoise lake waters all day long. Around 10min walk to Casino Imperial where it's possible to catch the bus to the city center. Walking to Annecy center takes around 30-40min along a pleasant lakeside promenade.
The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but there is one right beside, Le Wyn. We could never get around to eating there, because it had either just closed after lunch, or not opened yet for dinner, or dinner was already closed... Not many other places to eat around here if you, like us, are not good at planning to match precisely the restaurant's opening hours. There's a vending machine that can save starving late-night eaters, but it takes only coins. So if you're arriving late in the evening, be prepared.
The wifi at the hotel is free and quite fast, it's possible to watch YouTube videos, didn't try streaming features but I imagine it would be with some hiccups. It is equally good in the rooms and at the hotel lobby and very pleasant garden where I enjoyed working several days.
Commuting and exploring the area happens most easily with bikes. There are many rental places, including some close to the hotel.
