Having visited this hotel a few times across different years, I must commend the staff for making me feel at home, during my staying for a month. They are what make me want to return each time despite having to commute 2 hrs each day. The experience and service levels they gave were incredibly warm, friendly and very helpful, which was portrayed across all staff members! I want to deeply thank all of them for an amazing experience and the best food as always!

I have been visiting this Spa for the last 7-8 years only for their best Ayurveda Massage & Treatments as well as their very professional and talented experienced staff especially Dr. A. Raj who is very professional and knows what needs to be done if you walk in with any body issues. Their other staff like massagers Jayaraj and Veena, Mareena, Soorya and Prathesh are the best as well. This Spa is the best in the world and the services makes us re-visit them every year for 10 days. They have the answer and massage for any problem you may have and at very reasonable price. A fancy place to stay while in Kochi, with great Internet (a rare commodity in India). Had a mostly pleasant stay, although we ran into a few hiccups with the service (waiting 45 minutes for pillows, waiting 2 hours for cutlery, waiting 30 minutes for a drink in the lounge, etc.).
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the bed is comfy.
Most staff is very friendly and quite eager to help though, especially the front desk staff that speaks very good English (thanks Mohamed and Emmanuel!).
The location is a bit far from the old town (30 mins or so), but one can easily grab an Uber to wherever they want to go.
The pool definitely needs to be redone -- tiling falling off everywhere.

This hotel has a great site although the facilities are a little dated. The rooms especially on the first floor are poor and do not reflect the usual standards of Le Meridien. Wifi is not free. The food in the coffee house is average and lacks imagination which is quite surprising considering the superlative quality of Kerala cuisine. It is the management of the hotel that is a let down. They have no clue of leadership and results. One of the managers at the front desk is a bully and seems to relish berating his colleagues in front of guests. What a turn off! Hadi ,however was a an exception being extremely pro active. My advice is that the General Manager needs to spend more time on the floor and get rid of some of her managers.
