Good Place at an attractive budget in the heart of the city. We had booked three rooms as we were two families with grown up kids. Our check In was a breeze though it was around 11 PM when we reached the hotel probably only negative aspect was that we were not accomodated in neighbouring rooms. One of the room was in an entirely different floor. Apart from it the experience was great which included tasty food even through room service at mid night. We felt at home all the two days we stayed there including the New years eve which was memorable nothing too grand but the food spread was amazing and the event was just passable for a family evening. Hotel infrastructure was good which includes the location, swimming pool, service et all. One other issue which was a first for me was their policy of calling clients from their room regardless of whether they were resting or not to make the room payment in advance as it was the end of month and they had to complete the billing and close the accounts for the month. Looked weird, No other place on earth have i faced such a situation. Trust the hotel changes that policy soon. There were a few who needed special mention including one of their general manager but unfortunately i don't remember his name to post it here. On the whole a decent place for a family stay and have a great view of the Sabarmati riverfront.

Super ambience & clean hotel... amazing food & service. Very take care & good hospitality. Tea was very tasty in restaurant & all staff was very helpfull & cake arranged for me...good service. I come back again

Room ambience very good,citrus restaurant ambience is good and food is good, food is good and specially Baigan Bharata and soup. Citrus grill new concept grill market is new concept. Reception and employee are good and cooperative.

I found that the hotel has good potential, but for now doesn't even meet expectations.
Housekeeping and Front desk management are not diligent in carrying out their duties.
A. My first impression, on minor concerns - 1. Passages leading to rooms were dusty, hadn't been vacuumed before or during the duration of our stay. 2. 1st day of check in and the toilet rolls were not replenished, needed requesting. 3. Shower was clogged so water overflowed outside the shower. Had housekeeping attend to next morning.
4. Found the table in my room to be dusty so wiped it myself.
B. Major concerns - a large group of 10, booked 4 rooms(room 209 etc). Arrived 30/12/2017 for a 2 night stay, checked out 01 January 2018. The manager at front desk (in ponytail) sternly requested that as its year end, we settle our account for my 2 rooms on the eve of 31/12/2017(alarm bells rang! but being trusting I consented. Found it odd he didn't impose the same rule on my sister?) This settlement included a laundry bill for which the clothes were yet to be delivered. The next day however, we found that my sons brand new pants (which exceeds the entire laundry bill for Rs2 997) was missing. Also that they had punched holes in a few clothing items. As I had prepaid the bill I had no recourse. (the manager commented re the missing laundry that the advance payment was a separate matter!...the best he could do was take my email and a local contact detail)
Another odd experience - My dad was ill and stayed in his room, on the 31/12/17 he ordered a Miranda cool drink. They refused to charge the room and insisted he settle it cash. He paid cash and is still waiting for his change........
So on the 01/01/2018 upon checkout, there was nothing outstanding to settle offcourse, and so I had no recourse for my missing laundry or the overcharged drink.

They're same in any part of the country. The service, management & staff are very helpful by all means. Loved everything from entrance till exit. The only thing which irked me was the size of the rooms.
