Check in went smoothly. Friendly staff. Parking place is about 3 minuites walk from hotel. Price is 19 euro a day.
Rooms anr nice with tea coffeemaking faciltities. Fridge available but empty. One can buy food drinks at reception (24 hours open) 1 bottle of water complementary. Bathroom with toileteries available.. We had a very good night sleep.
Asked for a quiet room not facing the park and main street.
Breakfast was very good, hot and cold items available. Good coffee.
We had a quick pre theatre diner in hotel, which was ok.
Wwhen coming back to Antwerp we will certainly come back to this hotel.

A typical business hotel and certainly busy at the weekends.
Good location close to Central Station and very good breakfast.
Clean and adequate with dull decoration.
Staff friendly.
First time to Belgium so difficult to compare against.

Pros:
Location: central next to the city park and close to the main station and old town
A Velo bike station is 100 m from the hotel so for 4 euro you can bike easily into the city
Set of rituals at the bad room
Reception staff is fast & efficient
Cons:
Noise of the street: you hear quite some traffic noise as this is a busy street
Parking at the hotel is limited, but then you walk 300m to the nearest parking house.
Rooms are a bit standard, it's okay.

We arrived at the hotel at night time, the staff on the desk were very friendly, helpful and quick to get us to our room. It was very spacious and clean as expected. Also a Starbucks on the ground floor is a massive bonus! Location is very easy to get to with interesting sights within walking distance. Definitely would return.

Hotel Leopold is a good value for money as it offers quite and peaceful stay in a busy market. The rooms are spacious and the staff is cooperative. The breakfast menu in the restaurant is pretty elaborative and the food is tasty. The amenities provided in the hotel are satisfactory. There is no swimming pool in the hotel though.
