The apartment is in a fantastic location. Close to everything. Security is really good. Feel very safe at the apartment. Room has everything you need for your stay. Lift available to take your bags up and down. Would definitely return and recommend.

The location is close to centre, near jewish synagogue.
The block of flats seemed very old and dirty as you can see in pictures.
The pictures are made in the biggest room. Even if it looks decent all things in the room were very old and used.
We had 4 rooms. 3 of them very small.
Unfiendly and unhelpful staff.
Bad smell in the dirty small bathrooms.
Very noisy outside in the night.
AC is available.
Some old towels were free but no other cosmetics, not even soap.
Very high price for what it offers. About 80 euro / night during Hungaroring Formula 1.
Dirty couches in the rooms.
Avoid this location!

First time in many years of travelling we couldn't stay at the booked accommodation. The apartment was dirty, unsafe, falling apart, and staff was not even willing to come to the apartment to acknowledge the issues, so we left and booked an alternative. (I recommend you check my pictures attached) As noone was at the apartment we could only raise our issues over the phone, without much help. So we raised the issues with our booking agent, who called Liechtenstein apartment, but they were not willing to discuss the issues in English with the booking agent. So we left to search for alternative accommodation, for the 7 nights holiday.
So in details: The apartments are located in a big old building, which is in desperate need of refurbishment. Liechtenstein apartments are on the 3rd floor. Once we walked into the building we had to walk passed a homeless person, who sleeps in the stairways. We got on the 3rd floor, where the ceiling was falling off just outside the door to the apartments. The management provided us with a code to gain access to the room. We arrived around 6pm, so was expecting someone will be there, but this was not the case. By the way, if you arrive late they charge a late check in fee - not sure why, when noone is there. We quickly realized the apartment was not cleaned, and the bed linen and the cushion was dirty, lot of spots and marks on it. There were plenty of safety issues as well, and as we were travelling with 2 young children these were significant. One of the electric plugs on the wall was broken, so a paper tissue was pushed inside, to avoid people touching the wires. The tap in the bathroom was wobbly, I was afraid it will fall on the kids. Water was leaking heavily at the waste trap. A huge crack on the side of the TV cabinet, rust and limescale on the shower head, mould and dirt around the shower tray, The kettle was disgusting, and I could go on and on. So this place is dirty, lacks basic maintenance, and we couldn't meet with the staff - I recommend you don't book it. By the way, they charge 10 EUR for cleaning. They refused to provide any refund, so at the moment it seems they legged it with our money, including tourist tax and cleaning fee, when we couldn't even stay there for a single night.
Keep a close eye on your money

Positive aspects:
Central location nearby many restaurants and pubs. Apartment is clean and well - furnished.
Negative aspects:
Future guests, please be aware that you will need to submit your credit card information to rent this apartment, and the tenants will not hesitate to withdraw MORE money from your account after you you have already paid in full, without explanation or permission.
We rented out this entire apartment as a group of 16 for New Years Eve. From the beginning of this process the owners were impossible to contact - there is a tactical reason for this.
After we'd already paid they informed us that they had booked our group at two separate locations. They said we'd need to pay an additional fee to stay together. Then, before we arrived they tried to charge us 15 Euros per car for parking in front of the accommodation. After some research we learned that city parking was free during weekends, and the parking in front of Liechtenstein is part of the city, not reserved for the residence. So we would have paid them 60 additional Euros for parking that should've been for free.
At checkout the owner seemed happy and was wishing us all a happy new year-so imagine our surprise when, as we were leaving, he asked for 60 Euros as a "cleaning fee." We get that we weren't an easy group, it was the day after new years eve so we missed the check out by an hour and the place was a mess when we woke...but we cleaned up as best we could without cleaning tools before we left. A 50 Euro cleaning service fee had been included in the room fee, and furthermore, we didn't feel comfortable just handing the owner 60 Euros without receiving any receipt of payment so we opted against it.
A few days ago the account from which we paid for the apartment had an ADDITIONAL 100 Euros withdrawn from Liechtenstein apartments without any explanation. Without any way to contact them except via Whatsapp, our friend had to cancel her credit card in order to avoid additional fraudulent withdrawals. Liechtenstein stated later on via Whatsapp that they had tried to withdraw 400 EUROS but were unable to because the bank stopped the payment (luckily the bank also noticed the fraudulent activity and contacted our friend). Their reasoning? They wanted an additional 200 EUROS for an hour late checkout and 200 Euros for a broken wardrobe door (which we didn't break-this door had a broken hinge when we arrived) and for cleaning. They sent photos of how the apartment looked BEFORE we cleaned it as dishonest proof of trying to withdraw an additional 200 euros for cleaning. They said that they had a right to do this because it was in the terms and conditions of the apartment, but it is not.
In summary, it is clear that these guys are crooks. The apartment looks good online and it is true that it's very central, but they will try to take money from you at every turn, hoping that you won't notice or do your research. If you can, avoid this place at all costs-and if you can't find anything else, make sure to keep a close eye on your bank account.

Stayed here for 3 nights during the second weekend in June.We were picked up at the airport by one of the employees (â¬26) and taken straight to the apartment. As we walked in it was a rather ramshackle hallway & lift but it seemed very evocative of the 1920's or 30's.The apartments are on the third floor of this block (the other floors appear to be regular apartments inhabited by locals) and our room was very clean and appeared to have being decorated quite recently. The bathroom was fine and there was a working TV & fridge in the room. There was a balcony affording great views of the street below.
All in all if you want a cheap place to crash out in a fantastic location central to loads of bars & restaurants this the place.
