A decent quality 4star hotel located just off Av. Liberdade and a few minutes walk from Rossio Square so a good jumping off point for city sightseeing. Comfortable rooms, good front desk service as you would expect from a hotel of this standard.

This hotel is in a perfect location and has charming rooms with super clean bathrooms. I loved the breakfast area and lounge spaces. The beds were comfy and the staff was friendly and approachable. You can walk to everything Lisbon has to offer. I can't wait to go back!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The lighting in the room was excellent. The breakfast was very good.
The hotel was very convenient for all central locations in Lisbon.

Just returned from a great stay at The Heritage Plaza Hotel. The Reception Staff and Housekeeping were first class. Our room was a good size and ready for our arrival at 12 noon. The coffee lounge and roof terrace were unexpected extras and very pleasant. The breakfast experience was unhurried and more than adequate.
Over all I would recommend this hotel without any reservations. First Class.

The hotel is very well located, close to shops, restaurants and public transport, but still very quiet. We have found a complimentary Port Tawny in the room, coffee, pineapple water, tea, are all complimentary. Breakfast is good quality and rich. Staff is extremely kind and useful. Rooms are reasonably big and beautifully decorated. It is a classically decorated heritage hotel with multiple halls, saloons downstairs where everybody can find a corner of peace and comfort.
