I stayed here with my husband and daughter earlier this month. This is a groovy little hotel in a great location but our room was pretty ordinary. We had a two room suite on the 3rd floor which was right next to the cleaners room and the laundry - we should have realised when we got into the room that the earplugs provided were for the noise inside the hotel, not from outside. There was also a bad drain smell from the showers...I mentioned it to the front desk and they told me old part of the city, old pipes, old drains etc etc - yep I get it but it was pretty bad. If the rooms on higher floors are quieter and smell better then this would be a really good place to stay.

I was recommended these apartments by a friend who had stayed here a number of years before hand. I can see why he loved it, location wise- superb- close to everything good, the staff extremely friendly, and the vibe excellent. What makes the place really stand out is the quirky design, which feels cool, not staged like some other places. The bar attached was also excellent on the Saturday night.

ok so what a great location amazing staff funky hotel great bar on site large funky room comfy beds the best shower you could want great buffet style breakfast lots of choice and right in the heart of a great city this place rocks

There are unbeatable aspects of this hotel; superb location, great staff with good quality of
service, creative outlook in the breakfast menu/venue. You get a 2 bedroom+ living room +3 bath experience for a 130e/ night - January rates. If this sounds too good to be true, bear in mind that the rooms are small , bathrooms are tiny- decoration is not everyoneâs cup of tea- one may find it very kitsch - overly colorful and somewhat not well maintained. We enjoyed the experience - location and service. The breakfast room at the navegadoors restaurant is quite unique in decoration- good food as well.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were probably the most friendly and helpful of anyone in the entire city. We included breakfast with our stay and were glad we did. Great bar with live music as well! A very central location and we walked to every area but Belem.
