Got a family suite there and I wasnt impressed.
cons:
Building work going on within 10 metres of the room,
beach hawkers sat by the pool blocking the access to the beach.
beach itself isnt very inspiring.
room was rather tired and not terribly clean.
pool has a sharp edge to it.
breakfast was rather uninspiring.
The hotel seems to lack "personality",seems deserted
far from senggigi and anywhere

I also have to say that I wouldnt rush back to Lombok when there's much nicer places to visit in Gili/Bali.

I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. The star of this hotel is the beach front room which we stayed at. The room is spacious and very comfortable. But the 1 thing we really like is sitting by the pool and the beach, watching the sun sets, and you also get to see the moon sets in front of your room, which is the greatest view we had during our trip. The staffs are all friendly and excellent. Not too many guest which means it felt like your very own villa. Excellent.
The downside would be a bit of disappointment we had during a blackout. They managed to turn on the generator to light up the other rooms but not ours. We have to wait around an hour or two until electricity is back on. I hope that they will be more prepared if another blackout occurred.
Anyway, overall, it was a great experience to stay here. I would really recommend their beach front room. It was perfect.

It was actually a good experience to have stayed here. On the plus side The hotel is beach front and the staffs are very nice and helpful. Moreover the room is also clean and spacious. On the downside, I don't know why but i don't really like the design of the hotel. Everything is functional but lacks aesthetic value. It is also quite far from central senggigi that you need to catch a cab (would be better if you rent a motorcycle) to go there. Very hard to find any restaurant or convenience store within walking distance with the exception of menega restaurant (serves very good seafood). On the top of that they only accept cash since they don't have credit card machine, but i think they will have it soon.
Having said that the staffs work hard to please the guests, they even remember your schedule and names. Although I'm not sure if it is mandatory for the staffs or there were only few guests at that time.
Overall, very recommended for the price and was really enjoyable.
