Nice hotel

The hotel is located nice at the colva beach just few minutes walk and reach the beach .
And the beach is very decent and clean accept to north goa beaches . We loved south goa.
Hotel service need to be improved.

First the nice things.
-Room was lovely, very spacious with a nice big bathroom. Nice decore.
-Pool area is nice and they keep the pool clean. But only 1/4 umbrellas is working, could easily be fixed.
-breakfast is standard but points for the omelet station where you can order the kind you like.
-Service was good, especialy man named Wilson. :) one young lady in the reception on the other hand was not. She was not suitable for the Job. She was very unfriendly and rude and unwilling to help or do her job.
And with that the not so nice things about this Hotel.
-Wifi is super slow.
-They have live music at the hotel 3 times a week and they played so loud that the walls where moving. Lasted untill midnight, I understand that some people like it but we were not one of those people. Could tone it down a pit.
-when checking in could be nice if someone would tell you about anything like when and where the breakfast is served. Or that there is dinner served in the evening. Where to walk to the beach. And so on.. That is part of a 4 star service.
-Room cleaners were lazy, didn't empty ashtrays, or clean the floors, we stayed for 4 night and not once did they change our sheets. Usually in a hotel they change them every second night. And whats with the not having any handtowels? Atleast leave an extra bathtowel in that case.
Could be 4 star hotel with a little effort.
Pathetic, I wasted my money .

First of all, I booked my room sea view room there thru booking.com , hotel reception asked for advance amount for all three nights than and there , I thought they will provide that room which I booked online by pay at hotel policy ,however I paid without even having a look at room, we got welcomed by warm cold drinks as welcome drinks it was pathetic, ,I got a room with sea view but when I sat on bed with full of moisture on mattresses, I requested to change the sheet I thought itâs probably be wet bed sheets but I was wrong the mattresses were wet due to moisture of rainy season . However it was so off point I told to reception staff to come and have a look at bed and condition , they said it canât be solved , take a room in higher floor because ground floor will be like this , I was like if you donât recommend ground floor , than simply remove it, why are you making guests feel cheated ? . Well they have shown me good rooms on 1st and 2nd floors , and asked me almost 2 thousands rupees in upgrades charges . I refused and asked them to provide me a room with a room where we can sleep on dry bed . My wife was crying since they said no to another room and said no to refund too. Oh my god. What a stupid decision, I thought. I tried to calling booking.com there was no network in that room nor in that hotel I had to rush towards out to get network again and again they asked me to send them pictures, but how would I send pictures if white bed sheet and mattresses which was full of moisture but not having water coming out . ? . Answer me... I emailed them some of pictures but all in vein , I emailed that atleast 12 times but they have not helped , we were hungry we ordered veg club sandwich, oh my god so tiny bed used in almost costed me 600 for that, tasteless and cold. Well my wife was hopeless to get this hotel where smell of fish was coming when we were arriving, that area is so horrible after 6 pm. Finally I asked them to show me some rooms which has clean bed , one of person of reception shows me garden view so called room , at least it was clean but in corner of 1st floor but we took it since it was clean at least . That room was cheaper what I paid so I asked their manager called Ms Maria to provide me anything in that case but she told me you may leave the hotel but we will not give anything in FREE..... I was shocked I paid 3 nights in higher category room and just because they put fake and old pictures of rooms I took that , and I took Lowe category so I am taking in free . Wow. Worst hospitality. My wife was helpless and asking for help and but Mrs Maria said pls let me do my work and started doing something , she even did not tried to stand up In front of a female guest who was standing in front of her desk . We had to spent three nights there we were bound because we could not afford to pay for another hotel even after paying 3 nights there , so we stayed . Breakfast was so ordinary but we managed to fill our stomach ,we almost got 3 thousands rupees bill for room service even after we were having comp breakfast and having lunch and dinner outside, only for few omelette and chai orders . staff was far better at breakfast .
That area Colva is total no no . All fishers and another horrible looking people were roaming there . Canât recommend to couples and family . No food for roti sabji people. Only bunch of boys can survive there . Total no to this hotel and area . Broken trays were used for room service, ... I got stomach ace form that food there . Booking.com pathetic customer service...

I had attended a wedding at this resort in Dec 2017. It was just a amazing experience right from the location, to the décor, good food and the hotel also helped us arrange a cab drop home. Lovely place in Colva with beach view.
Lunch at Longuinhos

Yet another birthday lunch,of another aunt.
Place chosen was Longuinhos in Colva.
Nice place on the Colva beach,with a view of the sea.
The food was a little buffet,consisting of Chicken biryani, raita,butter chicken and nans,sweet corn and spinach in white sauce.
Batter fried prawns,potato fried and coated with cheese,and chicken malai kabab.
Food wasn't exceptional, but the service of the waiters was excellent.
The outside of the restaurant was being prepared for the wedding of Brinelle and David,as the board said.
But,it was a pleasant experience taking into account the view,the service and the food.
