Excellent service Provided at hotel. MMT rate is superb. No one in the market to challenge MMT in any price and also discount provided as well. Hotel location also good and service provided. Food also very good.

The hotel is located at the center of the city.
Rooms are Clean and well maintained. The lift of the hotel is really old one and I feel it needs a replacement.
This hotel has rooftop restaurant and it serves a simple dinner buffet.

This was a very clean and elegant hotel. It had a regal look and I was quite impressed. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating, especially Fathema Sayed, Roshini and Rajat.
I would highly recommend this hotel!

The ac switch wasnt working properly.. The bathroom wasnt in great shape..there was bad smell in the room..the location of the hotel is good.. the food is also fine. The hospitality of staffs is also fine.

The hotel is located near the textile market, hence its very helpful for people who comes for textile business. The hotel is kept neat and clean and it's perfect for business travellers and families too. The food is good too. The buffet dinner at terrace top is yummy and worth trying. Have lots of options. There were few students as staffs, may be doing hotel management courses, they lacked professionalism as they were busy with each other in their own world and hardly care for the customers. Management should control these for the reputation of the hotel.
