room is too old, broken and full with yellowish stain on wall, all the equipment is gym room is not functioning, the pool is dirty. Although it looks good from outside, but inside the room is too bad. definitely not a 3 or 4 stars standard hotel.

big hotel,actually like 2 hotels joined together, front one is priced lower, smaller room with small window, moved to other building which are joined together, bigger room with big windows,had to pay for extra pillows?? our room looked over the race track, found breakfast lacking as stayed there 8 days,chicken served one day, with not many choices and weak coffee. Staff were very pleasant and location is good for golfing.

Lorin Hotel has a nice view, you can see sentul circuit because it's on it. The room is clean, the staff was very friendly. They have live music at resto. Overall.. Its a nice hotel. But if you want look for another meal, you have to go far.

Stayed 1 night in deluxe rooms. Located in Sentul circuit, the hotel has view to the circuit and mountain. The room is spacious and clean. For twin beds, each bed has 120cm wide. Sofa bed is also available in the room. If you have 2 children then one room is still convenient to accommodate all. The major complain was only in reception service - long queue in check in process and let other person which were not in proper queue to be served - which made us complain to the receptionist. And the worst thing that after the receptionist copied my personal ID card for administration, they forgot to return my ID card until I go home. No one contact me, until I realized 2 days after and called the hotel asking my ID card. They said that the ID card still with them. Then I have to spend time to go back to the hotel again to get the ID card. Strongly suggest that the hotel can improve the reception service.

The staff here are .nice, trying to make up for fading rooms, all facilities .need a facelift, especially the dirty rooms n small under equipped gym, nice, polite staff though who listen to feedback given. Also, for standard, food n drinks on the pricey side
