This is a large, clean, centrally located, pretty luxurious hotel in Busan. Checking in is professional with friendly staff. Rooms are of good size with all the desired equipment. There is no ironer in the room but if you ask for it, you get it very quickly. Bathroom is fine although I prefer more modern style. Breakfast is fine with nice choice of dishes. But the coffee they serve is not great: ask for espresso. Overall good experience with no hiccups...

Hotel location is grea, very easy access to shopping, dining and transportation. Staff in the lobby and the club lounge very polite and friendly. However as a 5-star hotel, some improvement are urgently needed. 1. Language barrier can be challenging from time to time. Speaking poor and little English are common among the staff members. 2. Smoking FLOORS available through the hotel building. Cigarette smell is overwhelming. People even smoke in the elevator... If you have an allergy issue, it can be a torture. While so many hotels are 100% smoking free, don't understand why this hotel won't do anything to change its smoking policy.

Itâs very near and connecting to the Lotte Department store, very convenience for transportation like subway & bus stop, and shopping. Great customer service!! Breakfast quite wide variety :) The light is through the sensor, itâs great! Will come back and stay again for my next trip.

Stayed in club room with club lounge access. Great selection of snacks but closes 8pm.
Rooms rather small for the price but well equipped.
Although claiming to be an âInternationalâ hotel very little/poor English spoken by the staff.
Donât use The Lounge bar on first floor as appalling service and rip off prices.
Better value hotels available in the area.

This is our second time staying at Lotte Hotel Busan, and our stay is very enjoyable. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the Fitness Club which has a lot of equipment, including treadmills. Our room is comfortable and quiet. The Lounge on the first floor has live entertainment which we also enjoyed. Lotte Hotel Busan has direct access to connect underground to the Metro. We took the limousine bus from Gimhae airport, which stops directly in front of the hotel.
All in all, we highly recommend Lotte Hotel Busan.
