Relaxed stay, though staff could be better trained, felt as if all them were new at the job, more attention to detail should be given and the location is not ideal. Still quite enjoyable for female travellers, as the female only hotel ensures that you can move around all facilities freely. Rooms are small, yet comfortable and with a female touch. Spa and pool in the hotel. Simple restaurant on the top floor with outside seating as well. Quite nice, but design a bit strange, especially considering the higher price level of the hotel. Choice of food limited, menu was torn and dirty. The restaurant head of service gave two service staff ladies a roasting, with me sitting right there.
Staff at the reception were very enthusiastic, though it often took longer than I am used to. Still I appreciated them a lot for their eagerness. But what I did not like is, that the hotel seemed to focus more on the spa guests than the actual hotel guests. I found myself several times in search of help outside of my room in the hallway (phone wasn't aswered), while beging totally ignored by staff showing the facilities to spa guests. Even when directly addressed, no afford was made to call someone.

I would like to recommend Luthan and especially its staff. They were very helpful and tried hard to make me comfortable and welcome. The room was quiet and extremely restful. I spent hours working in the restaurant and the people there couldnât have been helpful and accommodating.
If I have two suggested improvements, they would be update the bathroom somewhat and put more electrical plugs in the bedroom.

This is one of the best hotel I have thus far stayed in in terms of comfort and service provided. The women only hotel caters to the needs of a woman traveller or one that decides to stay there for leisure. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with an ample bathroom (bathtub and shower). There is an oil diffuser in the bathroom making it a very relaxing space. It is lit every evening. The bed was very comfortable and there were bedside tables, armchairs and a desk in the room. There is a kettle and complimentary tea. Water is complimentary and offered on a daily basis. There was a complimentary fruit basket in my room.
There is a safety deposit to store any valuables. There is a mini bar with juices and some confectionery is available for purchase. There is cable TV too.
Upon arrival, one is offered a complimentary foot soak in the room and a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage. Both treatments are a bliss. There is gym and spa, both are of utmost quality. I did not have any spa treatments but the list is long and reasonably priced.
Room service is available and there is decent food on offer. There is a stunning top floor restaurant that has beautiful views and an amazing atmosphere. The menu is extensive, although it is mostly European dishes that are there. The mains are about SAR 100-200. Breakfast starts from around SAR 50 and the mostly costly option will set one back SAR 120.
The is a lot of space in the hotel for relaxation-halls have sofas and desks with magazines.
Airport pickup service costs SAR110 and takes about 30 minutes. Diplomatic quartet is a 10 min drive away. The hotel provided and abaya for me - thank you.
Hotel staff deserve praise. Everyone was super helpful, smiling, attentive and courteous. Well done for doing a great job, even if the English language of some was limited. A fantastic stay.

The staff are so friendly, so helpful and they were so kind & cheerful
The service is excellent & fast.
The food is good too.
Spa & message is good.
But if you are looking for a nice spacious rooms with a standard 5 stars bathroom then this is not the one!! Old furniture, small room, old 80's - 90's style bathrooms!
The bathrobe in my friend's room was too old and kind of torn!
They need a real renew.

This women-only small hotel is very convenient and practical for businesswomen travelling to Riyadh. It's centrally located, very comfortable, clean, extremely pleasant and helpful staff, the spa is wonderful - great facilities & treatments, delicious food, strong internet connectivity ... a haven for businesswomen looking for hotel accommodation in Riyadh.
