The rooms need more lightnings. A cockroaches was in the bathroom. Needs renovation . I book 6 nights i only stayed 2 nights i cant stand it .they rated it 2 stars . The only thing you can walk to the united states embassy .

I stayed here overnight since I had an early appointment at the US Embassy.
It was almost midnight when I checked in. The guy from the reception was so unprofessional. He looked like he just came from his sleep wearing his slippers, regular t shirt, messy hair. When he found my booking using my ID, I confirmed if there is a safe in my room (when I booked, the website said all rooms have safes, but I felt I needed to confirm). He got a little annoyed and said he would just "upgrade" me for free just for me to have a safe in the room. He then asked me for a printed booking form and said I can't check in bec I didn't have it. Had I not remind him that it was almost midnight, he would probably have asked me to find a place to print my booking. (PS. There was a different receptionist when I checked out and she didn't even bother to ask me for the booking form. And yes, I stay in hotels a lot and printed booking form is not a requirement.)
The room was tidy, but I doubt that the bed cover/duvets were changed. The bathroom is tiny!
I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because of the proximity from the embassy. I also want to commend one of their hoteliers who offered to buy me food so I don't have to go out as it might not be safe. Streets were dimly lit.

We had a reservation for their family room. When we arrived at 3:30pm, we had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for them to clean and prep our room. It was clean and had 2 beds: the good for 4 family room had one queen bed for 2 and one single bed, and a mattress on the floor for the 4th person. The bathroom sink p-trap was leaking and kept the bathroom floor wet whenever had to wash in the sink, but they fixed that later in the evening without us prompting them for it. But it didn't work so I hope they have a chance to fix it in the future properly. The shower head needs to be replaced, it's currently being held in place with cable tie. At night, you can hear all the noises from the streets outside, traffic as well as pedestrian chatter. It kept waking me up at all hours. Our first night, the people in other rooms in our floor arrived near midnight and were shouting and yelling with laughter, I could still hear them singing and moving furniture around even when they were inside their own rooms. So yeah the rooms are not sound proof at all. Again that woke us all up.
But the staff is very friendly and looks to me like it's a family run business and their home as well. Their lobby is their sala/living room and also their family dining area. They were eating there as a family. I didn't see elevators, so it's not PWD or elderly friendly. The pros is that it's family run with very friendly staff, they never fail to greet their guests good morning, or good evening, or invite us to join them in their meals. It's close to the US Embassy but it's not the closest hotel to it. I would probably try another hotel in the same area, one that's closer to the embassy if I need to be back there again.

A cheap hotel near city of Metro Manila. I stay here only one night and I can´t complain. Very near Intramuros and Manila Bay. A little far from airport but taxi cost under 200 pesos if you take a meter taxi. Room was okay and bed too

You get what you paid for. Place needs some maintenance.
*toilet won't flush but maintenance kinda fixed it.
*tv stopped working on the third day but they also fixed it
*they didn't give us bottled water as was mentioned on their hotel ad
*one bulb stopped working on our third day xD
Anyways it was all okay.. We had beds and a roof over our heads.
