Good ambience at hotel staff was very helpful & well trained and food was excellent hotel located in city centre I will visit again in this hotel totally experience was good I will recommend to my friends and my colleagues

Good in all parameters - its 100% value for money,location easy because its located opp Stella college,service factor and amenities are well maintained and way accessible to all the areas.it located on the main area.

Not often that one comes across businesses that go beyond the normal to make things easy for customer. I really liked how everyone from the receptionist to the housekeeing staff were very courteous and helping in every way they could. Very simple things like a housekeeping staff sees you coming and just calls for the lift though not required as a part of the normal service makes you feel that the staff is there to make your stay easy and comfortable. The rooms are fairly big. Will certainly stay here whenever I come back. The only thing they could possibly change is to have a bit of variation in their breakfast, but then, almost everywhere you get the same breakfast and food here in Vijayawada.

We had a short stay at M5 hotel for less than 24 hours. In this time the staff was extremely courteous and attended to all queries and requests promptly. Good value for money and very clean unlike other hotels we stayed at in Vijayawada.

Good location, gd room, good food. Friendly staffs.
Only covered parking not available but security guards your vehicle.Situtated at heart of the city.24 hrs running hot water. Complimentary breakfast is so so.
