The hotel is clean and well located being walking distance from the station. The room I stayed in was spacious . A few good to haves such as a tea/coffee making facility in the room and an ironing box and board are not available and would have added a great deal of value to the hotel.
Staff are courteous and support when requested was immediately acted upon.
There is room for improving the quality of food served at the restaurant attached to the hotel .

Ideally located near to the railway station. Good rooms but not very spacious. No activity areas like gym, pool etc. Simple, board and lodging only. Service in the restaurant is abysmally poor. Only one or two persons to attend to guests and they cater to room service also. Their priority is not the guest but to clean the tables even when the restaurant is only 20% full. Guests are not even offered water (basic courtesy in every restaurant) which is only available when asked for. Service is very slow and unfriendly. I asked for less spicy food despite which the food was loaded spicy. One gets a feeling of dealing with robots rather than with humans - service without a smile. Only now I came to know that they hav free wi-fi. The reception should mention this to the guests, but then they are least bothered about guest comfort.

The USP is its location, as it is very near from Kannur Railway station. If luggage is not the issue, then one can walk down to the hotel or vice versa. It is well connected to different parts of Kannur as transportation is easily available. Neat, clean and well maintained and good for the family. It has a good restaurant with nice Kerala food and courteous staff. The downside is it becomes noisy during daytime as it is on the main road and being a single building it doesn't have a garden, play area for children or gym etc. for others. Overall we had a good stay here.

This a nice property for business meet and there is no activities like gym or recreation area and that's the only drawbackâ of this property and apart from that if you want to go just for a stay it is fine. Not suggestable for family stay

Centrally located and easy approach to Railway station. Good option if you wish to stay in Kannur. Very good service by the hotel staff and value for ur money spent.Had a good experience by camping here for 3 days.
