The hotel is in the middle of the city. Easy to find and good parking space. The service is average and fine. The breakfast menu is good, the lunch and dinner menu can be updated with more South Indian dishes.

Budget hotel with decent quality bed and bathroom. Value for money if looking for bed and breakfast. Though clean enough; do not expect everything to be sparkling clean.
Breakfast spread was good. Adequate parking space (in adjacent slot).
Staff offered the car wash wash (for some tips). Check-in/check-out was fast enough.
Ok. Why 1 star less?
- I had booked 2 rooms via MMT. 4 adults and 2 kids. 1 room had right bedding. Other room; I was being forced to accommodate in twin beds mentioning that kid is young! Had to haggle for quite sometime to get a room with double bed that it was cumbersome for sleeping on twin bed. It was blamed on MMT that ask was for Twin bed; but failed to show the proof/email from MMT. Why would someone ask for twin bed if booking is for 3 people!
- Not sure if staff are underpaid; but they look for tips at every instance. There were 4 people helping us to load the luggage. And all expected tips for loading 1 bag each!
- Shampoo in bathroom was empty!

We stayed 2 nights to explore Belur and Halebeedu. The front desk staff and service was efficient and courteous. Rest were also helpful.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Window in room had some size problem. Yo can see gap between frame and window door edge so you are exposed to outside weather. You can feel air gushing inside. However, this didn't bothered us as weather was moderate. Bathroom was nice. Only problem is water comes out from shower area. It seems curtain needs some adjustment.
Bed is ok. Sleep quality is a bit problem. You hear mosque noise and people talking below all time. In short room is noisy,. Avoid room facing main road (stll noise from mosque will b problem)

Room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, electric tea maker, study desk/chair, cupboard, lounge chair and table and reading lights by the bed all. We didn't had mini fridge in the room. In its place pillows were stuffed. Wi-Fi is basically non-existent in the hotel. We used own data.
Breakfast was in basement area was not bed with limited option. Restaurant Parijat I took dinner twice but not impressed with quality and service.
There is sufficient parking in the front of the building and also on one of the sides.
Overall a good experience. But next time if I visit will stay somewhere else as sleep equality is very important for me. Further, there is nothing to see in Hassan so n advantage to be in city area.

Every thing about this hotel is top class and tourist friendly. The decor, the quality of materials they have used, rooms, breakfast quality, is top class and really surprising for a town of that size ( Hassan town). Food is of excellent quality and tasty. Rooms big and cozy.

Location is very good. Market not far. Away from the busy road. Room well furnished, clean and all amenities like wi-fi, hot-cold shower, TV, Air conditioner etc. They provide complimentary mineral water bottles. They provide complimentary breakfast that is of traditional cuisine. The breakfast served is very good and feels like you are having home cooked food.
