Wonderful experience. Great food. Gorgeous environmnent. Excellent service. Our bags were lost by the airline and all of the staff at the desk went out of their way to help us navigate the lost baggage situation. In particular, Yarno was an expert and patient advisor on this matter and many others. Staff was responsive, helpful, and self-directed. All queries were met with a professional attitude and any request was met immediately and kindly. Can't say enough about the beautiful design by Piero Lissoni and the architecture by Moshe Safdie. Stunning.

This hotel is fairly new. Wonderful facilities, very groovy rooms and nice lounge too for executive level guest which was great. Pool was cold though and food was kosher. saturday buffet breakie was so average but improved once shabbis was over and hot food could be cooked and enjoyed. One of our 3 rooms was smoky and this is not allowed. Staff were consistently told this and did little til I spoke up again and a Manager came and spoke to me. They apologised and sent some fruit to our rooms which was nice but we should have been moved early on. Staff had bad attitiudes too. Probs won't stay here again despite lovely looking hotel. It takes more than good spaces to make a great stay. The staff need more training.

A very beautiful hotel with a Nice breakfast. Pay attention that the Spa closes very early on fridays.
A mix of oriental / colonial style. The spa is more japanese style.
Rooms are spacy with incredible bathroom made of glass and jerusalems rock.

On top of the quality of the restaurants, the modern rooms, and the welcoming friendly desk employees, What makes the Mamilla unique is the quality of the concierge services.
They will satisfy all of your request, providing you with the most exclusive private tours, suggesting what to see, where to go. Their network of guides and chauffeurs are first class well trained, friendly professional. Was it only for the concierge services, it would be the main reason to book at Mamilla.

Good food, friendly hotel staff, and strategic location. At night you can shop at the back and find some good quality restaurant or just stroll for a walk. This hotel is very near at the old city especially when you are in a tour.
