It's seems that management is more interested in maintaining other Manas Resort. Location is decent. Property is good but management need improvement. Manager, service staff keep bothering people. E.g. Kids were being shouted while playing by staff. Service is slow. Breakfast was good. Food ok. Rooms are nice.

The resort is located at a prime location however its maintenance is pathetic. Rooms space is moderate however the beds,chairs and other furniture was very old. The indoor games arrangements were below average. Swimming Pool & the open space areas for outdoor sports are the positives of the resort. Price wise the resort is highly priced. Overall Its a resort which needs an urgent makeover.

I had been here for my team offsite . Best DJ, good food, okish rooms(kinda old) , very nice play area, clean swimming pool. I think all these would make a great & relaxing stay :) . One time visit is a must if you are travelling to Igatpuri.

I'll start with the good points - The location is good, right at the highway and the resort has ample parking space. We had a good and fast check-in experience. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Although, the furniture looks a bit old.
There's a lot of open space and grounds as well as an excellent pool... It was a refreshing experience.
Now, coming to to the other aspects - The resort has a nice play area for kids with swings, slides etc. The only problem is that everything in that play area is rusted and old. I would not risk letting my kids play there. There's an indoor play area too with games like badminton, pool, TT, carrom etc. Again, the equipment's are old (the pool table was inclined at an angle), TT table was also broken and misaligned.
Now coming to the food - can be avoided. We paid for a full mean plan (Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch) and regretted the decision post dinner. The service was slow and the food was cold. Had the same experience in other meals also.
We paid 10K for one night including all the meals. I would say this was too much for the kind of service provided. Book if you can get this place for 5-7K with meals.

Stayed for a night. Rooms were nice.
Linens and Towels were dirty.
Games rooms had lot of games - like badminton , snooker
Carromboard and TT. But snooker had not adequate balls, carrom dnt have striker , tt rackets were very old, badminton rackets were only 2 and one was old.
When asked for items from reception - we were told, not available.
Staff was ok (not rude but not polite either).
Food was very nice (pure veg restuarant & jain food also available)
Location was good.
