Staff is very helpful and courteous and honest.
Very quite morning and good sports facility, nice resutrants and good menu.
breakfast is quite good but not lavish, you may get basic like beans on toast, eggs by order, poha, fruits, cereals and milk, tea coffee, etc.

This is an amazing property and a hidden gem in the Alibaug area, more specifically Kihim. Booking process with the owner was very easy and she went out of the way to accommodate our requirements.
Rooms and property - excellent, akin to a 4 star boutique resort. Pictures will give some idea. Sleep quality was great. Toiletries, linen, towels all were good quality.
Pool - very well maintained. They had put up a net and we all had a lot of fun playing water polo.
Food: Excellent food ranging from pastas to pizzas to konkan and indian cuisine.
Breakfast was excellent. They also took our inputs before serving the buffet breakfast next to the pool.
Hospitality: Jayesh and his team did an excellent job taking care of our group. The entire team really goes out of the way to host guests.
Beach is a 5-10 min walk, but make sure you wear beach shoes in the water as the reef and rock will cut your feet. However if you walk 5-10 mins left or right once you hit the beach you are good.
Tip: 10 mins walk to the left when you hit the beach from the property are a bunch of shacks. You can pay them some advance and pre-order food for lunch. They will get fresh catch and cook for you. Excellent food at reasonable pricing.
Make sure you carry mosquito repellent sprays if sitting outside although the staff does put mosquito coils.
All in all a great trip and good fun place for groups.

What I liked:
Very peaceful surrounding. Most needed for a break from a noisy city like Mumbai.
Rooms are big and clean.
Bathroom big and clean.
Food was good. We saw a generous amount of vegetables in all dishes that we ordered. Taste was good.
Pool was good.
Enough activities that kept us entertained during our stay of two nights.
Bon fire was arranged on request for us.
Mr.Jayesh met all our requirements and our stay was made as enjoyable as possible.
Scope for Improvement:
Breakfast can have more options.
There were lizards in the room(although they didn't bother us).
All in all, we had a great time together. And, will return to this place.
Wonderful and blissful experience

So I went here with my husband... it was suggested by Travelhungama.com. Itâs kind of those boutiques resorts different from usual ones. It has that vintage rustic feel, more than half of the place is covered with trees and plants giving it a pure natural feel. When we had visited there were quite less people, it was like we had the pool and surrounding area all by ourselves.... felt like a private getaway. Staff is very courteous and friendly. We just had a look at villas they have, they are marvellous. Beautiful in their own way... the ownerâs taste for these things is phenomenal. They have such beautiful artifects and structure of accommodations. For a minute we felt we have come to a different country altogether. Itâs very close to khim beach with a beautiful walkway. Loved it truly, surely gonna come back.
Will think twice before revisiting

We had booked this resort for our office picnic. Stayed for 1 night.
Overall it was an okay experience.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern design features.... esp the toilet is well designed with a large picture window. The room is missing such a view but almost makes up for it with a balcony.
The cleanliness of the furniture and furnishing is acceptable.
The biggest positive is the property which is of a reasonable size and has nice plantations.
Amenities include
a swimming pool (not clean as the filtration is inadequate)
A snooker table... totally spoilt as it is kept outdoors
The biggest let down is
The ceramic tiles surrounding the pool, which are very slippery and dangerous. We had 3 accidents within our group, 1 resulting in jaw fracture
The staff needs to improve on their hospitality skills
The food is inexplicably expensive and not enjoyable at all.
The experience wasn't worth the money spent ( even though we had got a discounted price)
Will think twice before revisiting
