We recently stayed (wife & myself), while the hotel has most things working for it, location , room size and value for money.
But the key is always the staff, which in my opinion is completely run down and requires a overhaul. here are a few example why ...
1 Our in room water kettle had some gluey substance on the inside, we asked for it to be changed while stepping out for the day, dint happen.
2. there were no tea spoons to stir our coffee / tea in the room, we called the reception for some spoons to be sent up, nothing turned up in 2 days.
3. the wifi login and password we were given at the time of check in were expired, we requested for new ones to be sent to the room, nothing came for 2 days.
4. we asked for the broken / malfunctioning window shared to be looked into while stepping out for the day .. again nothing happened, they came and wanted to fix it when we returned back after a long day, keep in mind the room was cleaned during the day.
All this we brought to the notice of the front desk, his first response was I have just come for my shift, I don't know anythings. Which is when we just decided to drop it.

if you are searching for a hotel with in budget you can opt this one. You can have so many facilities and especially the food is tasty and crispy.I went with my friends here really its too good for us .

I booked this hotel after seeing good reviews. But it was a wrong decision. The hotel is located in Koramangla area, that is a busy place. The small bath rooms were just able to accomodate a normal size person. No basic toiletries even a soap piece is not provided. The liquid soap provided on wash basin cannot be taken inside bathroom as it is fixed to wall. The worst part is breakfast. Plastic chairs are set in the passage to the lifts in the morning as there is no dining hall worth the name. Although we went well in time at 9 am, there were no plates. When plates camr from kitchen after 10.minutes, one or more items was missing. They have kitchen on some upper floor. And one waiter brings poories (that get cold in the mean time) plates and omlette and everything in one go!
I shall never advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

i stayed with my friend for official purpose. the room is quite large and clean.
they treat u like 5 star hotel guests over there. they locker, balcony view and modular bathroom for refreshing ourselves..

I have stay a day here during my business visit to banglore.
That was awesome and affordable if its a business visit.
And for personal visit, it may be expensive.
Food is above average.
Front Desk people receives nice.
There was a little powercut. But maynot be often.
