Just a typical hotel with glass wall but view is not that nice. Room amenities not complete, towel (old) was provided but no bath robe. Breakfast was ok, good thing they have a beverage counter ready to offer unli coffee or juice.

Delicious Food, Good service, good amenities. The staff are courteous, this property is centrally located in Manila with an easy access to the airport, bus terminal and train(LRT)
This is an old property that needed to be updated because some of the rooms are outdated and looked very tired.

For travelers, the location is excellent for those seeking to explore Manila. It is accessible by different modes of transportation, and is near tourist spots and important establishments (malls, hospitals, banks, etc) as it is in the middle of the city.
As a local from Manila, I've been here for several times already. We chose to book here as our previous experiences on their customer service were good. This time, we stayed in the En Suite for a night-out with friends. The price is relatively cheap considering that it's a mini suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for things we need for the celebration and they were very much welcoming with our requests. The service they provide is what makes this hotel nice amidst some other issues.
The room was quite nice and spacious. Essentials were available. Some issues were experienced such as defective TV remote, damaged (but still working) phone, and a non-cooling refrigerator. Although most issues were resolved.
However, the hotel and rooms show signs of age. The interiors were quite basic. The windows were dirty (which spoils the beautiful view of Manila). Although not much of an issue.
The CR lacks bidet and is quite small, a glass divider separates (but not completely) the shower area and the toilet which allows the toilet area to be wet when someone takes a shower. The pool area badly needs to be renovated. The pool is very small and the spaces between every depths were short.
Overall, the stay was nice and fun. But the hotel is in dire need of revamping to keep up with other properties. The hotel's fit for those who seek excellent location, good customer service, and comfort of a hotel at a relatively cheaper price.

We checked in last dec. 24 to 25,2017. According to their website, parking is available for all the guests but in our case, we had hard time availing this complimentary.we paid parking fee outside. It was so inconvenient on our part.It's our first time to pay parking while we're checked-in.
Hotel is under construction, a bit old; swimming pool ground needs improvement too.
When we had our breakfast, it was so embarrasing because at first we assisted to a vacant table, when we returned, we were asked to vacate the table because they said it was reserved! We were so angry and dissapointed since we were with our mom who is already 80 yrs old.
This should be prioritized by the management.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable like any other bedroom of a 3* hotel. I was in a deluxe room. The toilet is very close to the door so you have to squeeze in the side to close.
The shower is ok but have to wait a while for hot water to come through.
The breakfast and restaurant is nice excellent choice of food for breakfast and delicious.
All the staff are very very welcoming and polite.
The pool area is in desperate need of a make over asap. The pool is quite small, the sun lounges do not incline so be prepared to just stay lying down. The ground area around the pool is dirty and messy needs so TLC asap
The gym is not labelled so hard to find initially and is Quite small.
The hotel with its name suggest 'water' is in front of the hotel- this is not the case so don't be fooled.
There are international banks just over the road which is ideal.
