We stayed here as family for 2 Nights during the new year eve. This continues to be a good place to stay in Ajmer, though being an old property is a little outdated in terms of room interiors. Need a little upliftment, as more contemporary hotels have opened in the city. No major issues though. Service continues to be very good which we experienced during breakfast, the team was going out of the way to look into the needs of guests. While the breakfast spread is limited, but the service was really great. I would recommend to stay here for its old charm, but there are some better and expensive options in the city as well.

It's a privilege to be there and being surrounded by the cluster of suave persons on the staff. Its ambience - being surrounded by the lake water and offering you a decent view to the hill is magnificent.
The persons at your service there possesses truely gentle personality, especially at the cuisine chamber.
Would sincerely love to be there, again.

had a lovely eve at the hotel to enjoy bday of my brother and marriage anniversaryof my son.restaurent is nice place with gazals being sung .we dedicated songs to both.food is fine and service is also good.

The hotel is in an excellent location. You get a very good view of the lake. Hotel has huge space. Rooms are good. But the hotel needs a revamp for sure. Cleanliness is also another parameter where Hotel needs to focus. The restaurant manager is very efficient however staff needs to be abbot more trained.

The hotel did not have good quality food in breakfast. Food was too oily and tea was served cold.
In the night, we were given a smelly and pricky mattress on extra bed. My son could barely sleep on it. The staff eventually changed the mattress though.
