Typically older, need to be updated, airport (or at least close to airport) hotel.
Just the smell when you open the door to the room, or even walking in the corridors....
Hotel room was clean, thanks for that.
No minibar, I never understand why you do not want to make the extra money.
People and service OK
Will never dine there again, that was not a good experience.
Chef needs also to be updated, maybe just to a chef!
So boring experience.

Staff are well drilled - really one of the best all round staff experiences i've witnessed. Hotel is tired, yes, but the staff were wonderful - each and every member i came into contact with. Breakfast wasnt too bad... i wouldn't say the food was the highlight, definitely a convenient place to stay for heathrow and again, the staff are brilliant.

Hoopa bus from Heathrow terminal 5 directly and conveniently connect to the lobby of the hotel. 5 pound per ride. They also give receipt. Usually 5-10 minutes later than schedule.
The hotel was good but old. Bed was clean. Gym was big enough to enjoy different exercises. Swimming pool did not seem to have any circulation.
There was nothing surrounding area. No shops or restaurants. Went to Windsor every night for dinner and shopping. Around 10 pounds by Uber.
There was no water in the room. No vending machine.
Breakfast was very good. Really liked the cheese omelette.

Stayed for a residential school. Excellent facilities and the food is great. Bar is a little pricey but even being near Heathrow you hear nothing in your room. Slightly out of slough so not much around the hotel going on

Great hotel if you like rude and unhelpful staff. My favourite part of the hotel was the old and dilapidated pool facilities. Looks like it was last maintained in the 80s - very uncomfortable experience using this.
