The hotel has no reception : the check in goes through machines. It makes it quite âsoullessâ.
My room was really really tiny : no place to put my luggage, even on the floor, no door at the bathroom and there is no space. I knocked myself several times (head, knees, feet...) when I moved because of this lack of space.
It was quite clean, but one day I found a long hair in the sink (I have short hairs...).
The situation in town is ok, not far from the city centre, even if itâs not in an interesting part to go out in the evening or shopping.

I really impressed about the price and the hotel . I visited Brussels at Christmas period and I really enjoyed it. Maxhotel is only 10 minutes from central . It has very friendly staff .room was clear .

Terrible hotel. Got my wallet and laptop stolen from the room right next to the elevator. No decent cooperation from staff, No police report......
The room was clean. Self service ...

Hotel is nearby of some very good restaurants where you can eat traditional food. We did have some trouble whit the check in but somebody from the reception was there to help.
Rooms are very clean, you can go to the center by walk and arrive in 10 minutes. It was perfect for this budget.

Good value and good central location. But the rooms beginning to look dated. Just soap - no other toiletries - in bathroom. Have stayed before but think I'd probably look elsewhere in future. Has the feel of an easyhotel.
