This hotel is pride of Darjeeling for its hospitality, beautiful rooms, photo opportunities exteriors. We clicked lots of pictures in campus. Food is good. Breakfast spread in morning is good. Loved the overall ambience. Staff is very courteous and supportive.

Staff pleasant ,room freezing
Did finally get an extra heater but the bathroom had an unpleasant odour.
The access is many stairs and a ramp which may be difficult for some people.
Nice tea making provided for rooms
Layout of room spacious and nicely furnished
Music very loud from function center next door

This was our first time in Darjeeling and the Mayfair Hospitality made it all the more special. The property overall is absolutely amazing and well maintained. There is a scenic view from our hotel room which still is a memory that I carry. Overall Facilities and maintenance is very good. Response from the Hotel authorities is quick and effective for any matter with regards to Customer service. The Market, The Mall and The Railway Station all are located at close distance to the Mayfair hotel which is great. Their in hotel services of Travel booking is just amazing and trustworthy. Their breakfast services offered are relishing as well. Overall I would say that my stay with them was very very comfortable and memorable for a long time to come. Thank you Mayfair Darjeeling, I shall visit again with my family.

We had the most wonderful stay at Mayfair Darjeeling.We felt privileged to stay in such a magnificent hotel. But it was beyond our wildest dreams. The attention to detail is like nothing I've ever seen. The staff are so attentive, without being intrusive & attend to your every need before you even know you need it.
The rooms are beautifully appointed having been recently refurbished. The bed was heavenly. The bathroom amenities were comprehensive with toothbrush, razor & comb included in addition to the usual toiletries.
The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with the attentive staff barely requiring you to leave your seat.
There's so much more I could say but don't wish to make this review excessively long. We would highly recommend anyone to experience this beautiful hotel which has a proud place in India.

Had a lovely experience in Mayfair, staff was very courteous & the property is amazing.I think this is the best property in Darjeeling and the view of the hills from the property is out of the world, food is also very good.
