Amazing hotel at the most conveninent location ,staff were very helpful specily thanks to trapti at reception she was extremely helpful good facilities, good breakfast if come in moradabad i want to stay here again thank you soo much for everything

This was very pleasant stay in moradabad very nice room and staff was very cooperative specily thanks to Mr yasharth and trapti and his entire team thanks to make my visit wonderful visit again very soon ..

We stayed Clarkâs inn Moradabad for a night. It is a nice and cozy hotel. Modern room decor, great bath with every important thing within our reach. Got all the bath amenities. Front desk staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Ankit who assisted us during our sudden checkin at evening when we booked the room barely 10 minutes before arrival. Tripti was also very cordial and helpful. We got free cappuccino too.

Located just near the city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilitie.
food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

It was like a joke all together from check in to check out , there were just troubles, online bookings are treated like waste at the reception, I had a similar bad experience with Clarks two years back in some other city but thought again to give it a try and again had to suffer , they prefer a lot of self interest over client satisfaction and care , there is a lack of professionalism in staff, very bad experience over all, despite of letting them know repeatedly about some problem they took more than a hour to solve a problem and giving the room to check in , there was way too casual behaviour with drunk staff members and laughing faces.
