We stayed here for three nights as a couple. Best part of this place is that Ooty city is very accessible from here. That was one of the reasons for us to choose this hotel. The room was very clean and any request for services was promptly attended to by staff. There is a very nice restaurant with a wide variety of options. The buffet breakfast (which was prepared on order) was excellent and restaurant staff are very courteous.
I wish they had done a bit more about the noise insulation of the windows overlooking the parking lot.
But that small niggle apart everything exceeded our expectations and the hotel is highly recommended.

Had visited this property in Jan 2018.
Location: very close to main market area, botanical garden, rose garden.
Staff- very helpful. All our concerns were promptly attended.
Food- hotel has a restaurant on ground floor. It served both veg and non veg food. Food quality was great.
Overall a great stay experience!!!

We stayed at the Meadows Residency for three nights. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Oven Restaurant was efficient and clean, serving a reasonable selection of dishes.
Our room was clean, tidy and nicely presented with fresh flowers and well maintained furnishings. We did have a problem with the hot water but it was soon rectified by the hotel staff. It was a little over furnished with a table at the far side of the bed which made a night time visit to the toilet a bit hazardous, we stayed in The Pearl Room.
One of the main issues for us was that the noise from the lobby drifted down to bedrooms which were not partitioned off from the main reception area. This caused some early morning wake ups from the staff as they went about their daily business. The noise did settle at night which meant we did get a decent night's sleep on clean, mattress protected bed.
If you're going on the Toy Train this hotel is a good choice but remember to book your tickets before you go to avoid a long wait for your ticket.

We stayed here for two nights in OOTY. Staff welcomed us very humbly with welcome drink. Hotel is located in center of all locations. Hotel was very lovely and clean. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Well maintained hospitality. Hot water is available around the clock.
Wi-Fi at this hotel was good enough to use.
I asked for one extra I had asked for one extra blanket. They had arranged it without any extra charge. They had arranged it without any extra charge.
I was used their desk top system to take print outs but they did not charged any thing.
Buffet breakfast is sooo⦠good and delicious and there are so many verities (Breakfast is in south Indian and North Indian).
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant it is very good and regional price
For transport I had contacted at reception. They have arranged Indica for us to visit all the site in Ooty Connor. Driver is very friendly and humble price is also reasonable.
Itâs a great hotel to stay. Highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners.

We were on a trip to Ooty on our first anniversary and we stayed at Meadows residency.This hotel is located in the prime location in Ooty. Rooms were brilliantly maintained. Thought the restaurant is small scaled but the food was great.Staff were well mannered and polite.Over all I can say that the stay in Meadows is one of my best stays across India.Value for money.My best wished to Meadows.
