Super welcoming staff
I was honestly surprised :-)
Vijayita walked me to my room and sat with me in the shared sitting area outside until the late check out cleaning was finished... Friendly-Pro... Make sure she's not stolen away by some high paying chain... Although I really wish her the career she deserves.
Clean good size room
Room guy brought amenities after I checked into the room to be complete
Careful with the hot water in the shower... it changes temperature (about the only criticism ;-)

Great food at very good prices. I asked my friends in the other hotel to come over for dinner and we had a great time with lots of booze and way too much to eat at 1000 per person but food starting at 100 for really good quality
Many loud Indian guests but quite lively :-)
Breakfast is as Indian as the many guests... Dosa, idly, wada, puri,... Not much western choice but toast and jam but ask and they'll make you what you want.
In the morning the water was steady but a bit too cold...

I stayed here for 3 days for business trip had a Very worst experience in service from the staffs and no hot water, no water bottle kept in the room. Hotel manager can do regular floor regular visit to avoid all this things.

A hotel which can be accessed through a cab. It is inside the famous Meenakshi hospital near Mattuthavani. The room is spacious and the facilities are ok. Excellent breakfast spread offered. Worth a stay for those coming in taxi or own car.

I stayed one night with my family to attend a function in Madurai. Decent hotel, friendly staff. Hotel entrance was little tricky, next to hospital and bus stand. Rooms were maintained properly but it can still improved a bit, Breakfast was decently good. Room service was good responsive. Ideal place to stay for a night. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night. At first thought, this hotel is just beside a hospital, most of us will stay away, however, the cleanliness of this hotel is superb.
Friendly staff who will be willing to
Assist us in whatever way they can. They can go all the way to call us now and then to see if everything is ok.
Thou their restaurant is small, food wise no comment as they serve sumptuous meals.
Location can put off many, the hotel is in close vicinity to most attractions like the Meenaksi Temple and many more.
