This was my third experience with this property. and this one after 2 years. I must say this hotel has gone better. The open area which is quite rare in bhagsu hotels gives it an edge. Food is utterly delicious; one of the best we got in hill stations. They serve you till 11 and the service is quite good with some good fellas like Ashok. Chilly chicken is a must try for evening snacks. The breakfast is also good with some nice omelette and paranthas. The rooms on second floor are clean compared to the ones on first floor. I suggest you to get the corner room with 2 windows so you can have better views. The location of hotel comes with pros and cons. It is located where the trek for bhagsu starts about 2 kms from main market. reaching there could be a problem as during peak seasons you may face traffic jams. Heavenly location during monsoons. If you can get a discount via goibibo I can guarantee that you cannot get a better deal. I booked the room in 1850 per night (AP) via goibibo while my counterpart booked it via some other website in around 2700 bucks. In case you want to have drinks in open, never hesitate to ask them to make arrangement or you mat choose coffee house if you prefer a closed area during monsoons; Happy exploring :D :D We were 2 couples with 3 kids and the kids enjoyed in the swings a lot; Happy exploring :D :D

This hotel is located at Bhagsu Nag which is a tourist point. The waterfall is very near to the hotel.
Food is good.
The mattress on the bed is very soft. It actually takes the shape of your body. This was my first such experience thus can't say it was good or bad.
The hotel staff is very good and courteous.
Overall it was a nice experience.

I stayed here for one night as this is enough to see the mecloidganj.
Nice hotel with nice staff.
Food is costly but quantity is large.
Room was very well interiored.
It have a beautiful garden and parking space.
I recommend it for every age group.

Rooms are in bad conditions.One can stay but can't compliment it. Toilets need to work upon. Hotel management need to be kind. We ask to make porridge for 1 year kid by giving grains and rice, he told me it would be chargeable it was laughing and rude. Some 1 who is booking 3 deluxe rooms was ask for 20 ,50 rs. I recommend for stay but not very good hotel. Food and runner boy was very kind contrary reception boys was very unpleasant and practical.

I hv been there for 1 night only with my family. The rooms were very big. Towels & Blankets were very dirty. I have asked them to change that but they told this is the availability only. The Food was pathetic. Will suggest not to go there. I think this is over hyped.
