This hotel is suituared in a quite street in the heart of Granada , ideally suited to visit all sites on foot. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nice bar friendly staff. Breakfast top class.

We have just returned from Granada after a 3 night stay. We travelled with 2 other couples to celebrate my birthday. We booked this hotel for its location and great value for money. We had a standard twin room (220) and it had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was fully equipped and the complimentary toiletries were decent too. We could not fault the cleanliness and the only issue we had was that the previous guest had left the safe open but with the bolts out! The brilliant reception team attended to this immeadiately curing the problem. All the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed on a b&b basis. The breakfast had a great choice of bread and pastries, full selection of cheeses and meats, ample variety of fresh fruit as well as a good selection of hot dishes but the bacon was a bit underdone for our tastes but this did not detract from a great breakfast. We all loved âGarboâsâ the stylish and cool cocktail bar. The cocktails were excellent and good value for a city centre hotel at â¬8.00 each. The bar staff were very skilled and their friendly service made it all the more special. This is a great hotel in a very central location for all the delights Granada has to offer. Granada is a lovely city and has so much style, warmth and character. We loved Granada and the Melia.

My husband and I haven't stayed at three Meila hotels in the last few days and this was the first one where the guy at the front desk wasn't as pleasant as the other hotels. Not sure if it was us or whether he was having two bad days. The young man that checked us in however was sweet. The location of this hotel was perfect. It's a beautiful hotel and the service in Garbo's was excellent.

Location is hard to beat. The young man who checked me in was very helpful, giving me a map and great advice on how to get to the main sights and for good tapas. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The noise from the corridors and adjacent rooms travels easily ...when in my bathroom I could hear everything (and I mean everything) being said and done by the couple in the adjacent room. The hotel is overheated and there seems no way to control the individual room temperature (I tried air con control which did nothing except make a noise) - made it difficult to get off to sleep as I was lying there sweating. I was offered breakfast on check in but turned it down at E20 per day...can find a very ample and good breakfast nearby for much less than that. All this said I didnât pay much for the room - and, as I wrote, the location was perfect.

Stayed in a deluxe room , floor 6 with views of Alhambra , cathedral and Sierra Nevada mountains to the right.
Terrace was lovely as this overlooked all of the sights above.
Warm , well equipped room. Comfy bed , ample storage .
TV limited English channels .
Mini bar which we didnât use ,
Complimentary sherry and canapés on first night .
Surprise Cava And mini cake and chocolates for hubbys birthday .
Bathroom is small but it served its purpose.
Check in / out easy
Breakfast provides a good choice and wasnât hectic.
Ate in The Garbo twice , really good quality food , well presented and not over priced, really enjoyed the meals.
Bar was busy with lovely atmosphere .
Great central location , really enjoyed our stay .
