Nice hotel with a good restaurant, fitness center, etc
Ideally located in Jardins area, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, yet the bathrooms could use some refreshing of the decoration

Good quality hotel in the very heart of Itaim! Unbeatable location and the level of service for me. Special thanks to Charles, who makes a special and delicious experience out of each breakfast! Perfect smile, delicious pão do queijo and fresh fruits.....what else do you need?:)) enjoy!

Very pleasant hotel, very well located close to good restaurants and bars in a safe area.
Rooms are confortable
Bathrooms are OK even if they should be a little bit refreshed.
Breakfast is good, with a lot of choices.

very poor hotel, not for 5* it was rather 3-4...staff very unpleasant(Brazilian style, I had very similar problems in Brazil...), internet very poor(not speed, but signal) for breakfast every day the same. I not recommend.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious, the breakfast varied and of good quality. We also used their laundry service and shoe cleaning service, no problem here. The two concierges are very friendly and speak wonderful English. They also booked a hair appointment for my wife. My only criticism would be the bar, the two men working there are a bit slow and not particularly friendly. Also, it's a bit annoying having to insert your room card into the lift rather than just swiping it.
Finally, we loved the gym and sauan with steam room. It's a little bit tired but it works all fine.
