We chose to upgrade to The Level and thank god we did! The parts of the hotel that would have been available are not 5 star. However, all the staff were very good and the hotel clean and tidy. We were there for 4 days and room lacked storage space if staying any longer.

This hotel I about a 20 / 25 min metro ride to either the sea metro stop or the city square metro stop ( La Rambla). It is a nice hotel but not exactly worth the price tag. The rooms are clean but worn, and the hotel upper floors smelled a bit musty. We had a shower and a bath in our room but the shower is incredibly small and leaks onto the bathroom floor.
I must say breakfast was incredible with multiple selections of meats, cheeses, pastries, breads jams and so forth but again costs a pretty penny at about 30 USD per day per person.
Didnât take a trip to the spa or upper level restaurant or pool however.
I would rate a 3.9/5. Not a terrible place to stay exactly if your business is paying for it but wouldnât be my top pick.

Great service, we took The Level class room. Wonderful view from the 17th floor, room is new, clean and has everything you need. The business lounge - you can't ask for more. Definitely recommends and will come back

Winter ,out side is freezing inside the room is worm but the bed is only covered with a light blanket and the mattress is colddd so cold. The walls are paper thin so you here everything from the next room. The showers are the best you can ask. Breakfast was indulging and tasty. Everything was fresh. There was a spa I didnât use it. The location is 2, 3 km from all the main tourist attractions so take this to consider.

I was there for four nights during a company meeting. The room was very clean with a very good bed, everything you need in the bathroom and also with coffee inside. The WiFi was very good. The restaurant where we had lunch every day, had a descent food, with nice variety. The staff friendly and willing to help. Someone could say as negative the distance from the city center, but for others this might be a positive thing ( more quite ).
