We stayed three days at this incredible property.
Even if you think deep inside looking for something which is not perfect you won´t find it!
We arrived and DoorMan is awaiting for you to take luggage do not worry, you won´t see it anymore until you arrive at the room! Amazing coordination!
We checked in and Anguita offered us THE BEST CHECK IN I'VE EVER SEEN!

Had the amazing opportunity to stay in one of the Premium Access Lagon Pool, this room is speechless, huge, classy but modern at the same time, did not experience such comfort before.
At the Level only adults pool, you will find an oasis inside of the oasis which is the hotel itself. But do not miss the best value of this pool, which is the waiter called Wahyu!
This gentlemen will make your time amazing, always with a huge smile. Should get promoted really soon because is one of the best proffesionals I have ever seen working in Hospitality
Sakura Restaurant will offer you an amazing Japanese Food.
Will be back definitely, can´t wait no more!!!

We bought a day pass for use at the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Clean, professional staff, good food, reasonable prices for this area. Family friendly with children's play area. Only negative was loud water aerobic pool exercise session that dominated the pool area for about an hour in the late morning. People who participated seemed to love it, though.

If you are running away from the cold at this time of the year, Bali couldn't be a better choice. If your objective is to relax and recharge, to be pampered, Bali Melia has exceeded expectations.
The rooms have this vintage old Cuba dark woods theme without loosing the Indonesian feel specifically designed for hot humid weather.
This resort hotel has amazing well kept grounds with the start being the private beach. I have been to different beaches in Bali, and this has to be one of the best with clear beautiful waters.
If you get tired of eating and lying down everyday, there are plenty of activities offered at the hotel. Thank you Ali for getting a little activity in the middle of all my laziness through zumba.
I cannot recommend highly enough the "All Inclusive" package. With a daily flat rate, all your meals, drinks and snacks as well as room service are taken care of for the duration of your stay.
Another fantastic service is the "Departure Lounge". I had a red eye back home and after check out, you can still use the swimming pool and other facilities and take a shower in this lounge before heading to the airport.
My tip would be to experience the amazing spa at the Melia before heading to the airport, where I took a shower before heading to the airport. Nothing beats getting on the plane relaxed after a massage. They offer the use of the jacuzzi before starting the massage. Taking advantage of it was one of the best decisions I made. Like a japanese open onchen, it's outdoors with a ceiling and soaking up in the hot tub while watching the rain pour outside was priceless. Thank you again Parni for your professional and thoughtful services!
All the staff are amazing but I cannot thank enough Sumartha, the guest relations. Any request was met without a problem and even improved with his own suggestions. There were no communications problems as his English and Spanish were perfect and he is very professional and welcoming.
Thank you again Melia Bali for helping me recharge and come back home thinking about my next trip back!

great kids club and pool area
spa not great didn't like it or the hair service that was crap at top dollars but staff were still beautiful and very friendly even when I hated my services!
Very lovely polite friendly staff highly respectful and very nice people. LOVELY FOOD AT RESTAURANTS BEST BREAKFAST WE HAVE EVER HAD ON HOLIDAYS IN 11 YEARS OF TRAVELLING 2/3 times on holidays each year this was by far best breakfast yet.
