The staff are very helpful, thank you for Bobbi for taking care of my luggage and help me to upload in the taxi , also Desta for booking taxi for me and giving me great city suggestions
I think it will be nice to keep adaptor ready for the guest as I couldn't charge my phone cuz of the different plug.
All over experience are amazing services

Good place for someone whose looks for quiet place, easy to reach, and had a huge area. Maybe just the variation of food for breakfast should be more innovative.
The room was average but the bathroom doors and closet doors wasn't ergonomics. Maybe they should renovate that.

Amazing hotel for the travellers that came to Bali for some leisure but need some quiet and peaceful hotel. Got warm welcome and warm goodbye from Ms. Putri. The location is far from some party house, such as kuta area or legian area, the good things the hotel near from highway, which mean if you need the night life is still reachable. Cheers!

its a great relaxing green hotel ! the breakfast buffet is amazing the swimming pool is mesmerizing
very welcoming staff and helpful any time you appproch them
i've been staying there the past 3 years (business travel ) i will not lie but i noticed some changes the past few months the hotel is getting a bit old
they have shuttle bus to kuta beach
rooms nothing to complain about very clean with nice designs ( pictures )
and i tried the massage so many times its amazing !
overall experience 8\10

A nice green hotel in Nusa Dua...the garden was large and beautiful. Pool was large for kids and adults to have a splash.
However, the room was a bit small, although very clean and well maintained. It was alright for a couple or a family with a small child. Might feel a bit tight for a family with teens. Breakfast was nice although could add more Western varieties.
To be fair tho', Mercure Nusa Dua offered a very good value for a hotel in Nusa Dua area during the peak season of Christmas/ New Year. When doing review, at times we forget that we pay for a mid range hotel yet expect a luxury facilities. I believe that we get what we pay for.
Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Free wifi was available through out the hotel.
Love the green hotel concept that Mercure as a part of Accor implements...there are recycle rubbish bins for plastic, paper and general waste. Also, there are eco trees and earth friendly observation room.
