Stayed there for two nights. The room is nice and quite comfortable. The hotel staffs are very welcome and helpful. The hotel is collocated with Duta Mall and also very near to RS. Ulin hospital. Easy access for public transports and online taxis. A nice place to stay for exploring Banjarmasin, the city with delicious local foods and exotic rivers.

I would like to write a good review of this hotel, given that the staff were very courteous. However, there were just too many problems. In the first place, accessing the hotel was a real pain - you have to either walk up the car ramp, or take a long route through the mall. Secondly, the lighting in the room was irritating - either every light was on or all were off. Thirdly, the air conditioner struggled to cool the room and never really succeeded. Finally, the food was only just ok (but the soto Banjar was good). I won't stay here again.

This hotel located in a strategic location in Banjarmasin and connected with Duta Mall, largest mall in this city.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpfull.
Great choice when you visit Banjarmasin.

We had been in the jungle for almost a week and wanted to stay somewhere nice before moving on to Jakarta. What a great decision to stay here. Beautiful modern hotel with great in-room wifi. Good sized room, very quiet, lovely bathroom. Bountiful breakfast buffet. We didn't use the pool, but the grounds were well landscaped. Hotel is attached to very nice mall which gave us the opportunity to spend an evening hanging out in the vicinity of many Indonesian young adults.

1. Rooms are clean. Just be careful on slippery bathroom floors.
2. Location is great. The hotel itself located on Duta Mall. There is no direct access. Lobby is in the 7th floor (or 4th maybe?) so you need elevator from drop off area/hotel entrance to the lobby. There is no concierge in drop off area (its located in the lobby)
3. Poor accessibility for disabled and difficult to access if you came here by foot. Drop off area accessible for cars only. If you came here by foot, you have to take a longer route to the backside of hotel, through mall entrance, taking escalator up, getting out of the mall to the drop off lobby/hotel entrance. I have no idea if the Duta mall is closed (between 10 pm to 10 am)
4.pool located in the lobby/restaurant area. Direct view.
5. Housekeeping staffs are helpful and fast response.
