Short stay close to the airport. I asked as Accor Gold Member a room with double bed that was not available and asked also for a room away from elevator that have not received. The answer from the reception was that the hotel was fully booked. Hotel is ok for a stay close to the airport.

There was no heating in The room. 3*** hotel without heating???? I could also feel Smaell od cigarettes in The room like it somebody was smoking inside The room. The Staff was not helpfull at The beginning and I had to push A Little bit to get Them to try solve The problem.

The room I got was occupied, a person was sleeping while I entered the room!
The overall service level was low and the lack of control and structure was very clear!
When I was leaving the garage, the ticket was not proper validated sow I needed to enter the reception to fix it! Goodness!!

Stayed in this Mercure for one night. Room was nice and rather spacious. Cleanliness ok. Minibar only with water. Service staff was very nice and helpful! Breakfast buffet was ok, good selection. Restaurant itself is ok as well, had a good Caesar salad. We had booked a meeting room as well. Well equipped and sufficient. Very suitable hotel for meetings near WAW airport.

Could be a good hotel: check-in OK, reasonable public transport (trams and buses) nearby as well as a few supermarkets and a market.
Room was roomy but a bit strange - lots of "dead" space in the middle. Smelled a bit weird, as did the bathroom. OK for storage space, has a safe deposit box. Wifi OK as well. Breakfast very good.
** Where the hotel completely failed is dealing with a problem in the room - no heating. This is not funny in Warsaw.... I called reception several times, they "reset the system" (whatever that means) and kept failing to call back or check the room. On the second night someone came up and "confirmed" the heating was not working. And informed me the hotel was full and that they could do nothing.
I detailed the problem in Accor feedback as well as a letter to the hotel GM. Result ? We're very sorry, here's the equivalent of 5 Euro in compensation.....
SO reasonable hotel, could be good value, but complete and utter failure when it comes to handling a problem.
