Excellent hotel, very helpful personnel, excellent location, very confortable room and bed, great view. It would never cross my mind to look for another hotel. It's a second home for me each time I fly to Warsaw.

This hotel is the right choice if you want to stay in the heart of Warsaw! It is very convenient, very close to central station for train and buses and opposite a beautiful mall Zlate Tarasy and near Palace of Culture.
The hotel is a real gem. It is a luxurious modern hotel that makes you feel special during your stay. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained and managed. We had a superior twin room that was very comfortable for our family with 2 children. It was an excellent choice and it was worth the difference with the extras. We had free water and juice everyday. There were free bath toiletries, slippers and bathrobe. Hot water was available at all time and the room was very warm.
The breakfast was perfect with a lot of variety to choose. There was a station with a juicer to have your own fresh juice with fruits of your choice and a cooker with live cooking of waffles, crepes, french toast etc.
All staff is very polite and helpful! For welcoming the kids had an animal toy and toiletries, very kind gesture!
We were thrilled with our stay and if i ever visit Warsaw again i will definitely choose this hotel again.
The taxi from the airport was 42 zlt, around 12 euros at night. The bus would be around 1 euro per person.

Centrally placed hotel, close to shopping centre and station, but quiet and respectable. Lots to recommend it. Nice varied breakfast. Attentive staff. Functional and suitable for all sorts of travellers

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is very close to the train station and near the city center. We were able to easily get around. Also, there was reasonable parking across the street for when we rented a car. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable.

It's right in front of the Zlota shopping centre, very close to the Warsawa Centralna station, and it's a nice building, the staff was very friendly and open to suggestions to the visitors about getting around the city. It had a little but nice leisure centre at -1 level. Clean and tidy.
