I stayed in this beautiful hotel on business this week and stayed in the William Want suite, WOW it was amazing the bed was super comfortable Egyptian cotton bedding lovely pillows just brilliant, the room was very well equipped very clean and modern yet very well designed in character with the hotel.
What can I say about the staff!! second to none outstanding we were met in the carpark and shown to a parking spot then our luggage was carried in or us. Check in was speedy and again our luggage was taken to our rooms every staff member that I came across from reception to the gentlemen in the bar and the morning breakfast staff were welcoming very polite and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel so much so I am planning a personal visit back there with my husband!!

We escaped from London for just a night and were not disappointed at all with the hotel.
MGallery is such a great brand, cosy Boutique Hotels, we really felt welcome, the room was ready even if we arrived early. Front desk staff was friendly, especially Hamzdi who did our check out.
We went for breakfast and the choice with nice and good quality of viennoiserie and bread. Also i ordered the fish and chips and it was so tasty and yummy !!!
I recommend it to anyone who want to relax for one night.

Stayed there for a night, check in process went smoothly and the staff was pleasant. The room was a good size with a balcony and nicely decorated bathroom. Divan bed which was very comfortable, slept really well. Breakfast was tasty. The Inside of the hotel is beautifully decorated, old mixes well with the new. Really pleasant stay.

Really nice food and good portions, staff were absolutely great. My only complaint was the bar area was freezing, fortunately the restaurant was perfect. The menu catered for all types and some of the sides were delicious.

This was our second visit 12 months apart. Lovely room with a great shower and very clean. Absolutely prime location with parking (at a very reasonable cost). On the check out we were told to leave the car until we were ready to leave Windsor - lovely attention to customer detail. As it was a birthday celebration visit hey even left a lovely plate of fruit in our room. We've been there twice and will definitely use this hotel again.
