Excellent, water front spacious hotel. Loved the ambiance as soon as we entered. The swimming pool near the river was fantastic. Allotment of the room and room services are slightly slow and need improvement. Short staffed and now well groomed. Other than that our stay was good and we enjoyed.

Stayed with family for two nights, comfortable stay. Swimming Pool by the river with very good ambiance, and photography options. Good options on the menu- Biriyani House Menu - variety Biriyani. Very close to the highway and Mobility Hub. Friendly staff. Good rooms- they showed us some apartments also but took their double room.

The best part hotel location itâs very near to vytila hub. rooms neat and clean but the breakfast buffet itâs average.also room service not providing 24 hours . amenities are providing excellent Chek in Chek out are so fast and neat

Huge hotel but no staff , Poorly managed . When i reached at Hotel with prior booking no room was available for us . hardly any staff was there .
After 1 hr i got the room .
Average service time is 1 hr .
This hotel actually runs for group bookings and for Kids .
Food was just OK .
Two Guys at Reception were supportive .
My advise . Do not try to be close to Mermaid.

I had to cancel my stay here as the hotel did not suit me however, for a budget stay or young people it is an excellent opportunity.
The hotel could very easily be made more attractive by cleaning the floors and windows.
The pool area also could be made more inviting with the use of plants and seating and perhaps relaxing incense and soft music.
This could be a really lovely hotel . It needs a woman's touch however.
More people needed to meet and greet , show around so that people know where to go for breakfast . Make sure the password is quickly available and in the room. Travellers are always keen to tell their family that they have arrived safely.
