It is very comfortable to the airport, as it is the straight road there (no traffic jams). And it's 10-15 minutes walking to the heart of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful - it's better to order taxi from there with fix prices. Be careful with taxi drivers on the street.
The interior is beautiful with big paintings on the walls - you feel yourself in the museum.
The breakfast was good with some national specialities - matzoni and fruit jams.
The rooms are clean and big, and it's quite in the nighttime. We had a good rest there!

Tourism in Yerevan is embryonic however this hotel had big rooms, motivated concierage and a great break fast buffet. Walking distance to downtown city square cosmopolitan attractions just a short walk away.

The hotel is located by a (not very noisy) avenue but it's better to stay at high floors. The service was good, the room clear and the stuff polite. The breakfast was rather poor but considering the price was good enough. For the center of town, you must go by car or something.

We stayed at this hotel from 19th up to 22nd July, so We didn't enjoy it because of tough staff with no flexibility, I think the management team should send them to professional training course, to learn how to behave and respect the guests.
One night when we backed to hotel, a taxi driver asked for more money and when we asked the reception, he didn't help us and said this is not my job, which was so strange for me.

Me and my friends stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
Facilities are not ready to use, such as sauna and hot tub which were not working during our stay.
I had a problem with a taxi driver (he requested unreasonable extra money, I asked reception to explain to him, but he didn't pay attention and finally, when, I asked him to call police, he said I can't call, because it is your problem outside of hotel. If I call police, tomorrow I should go their and spent my time for explanation!!?
